Welcome to the Master Kat Studio! This private, modern, and spacious 450 sq/ft space is located right in the heart of Eugene’s historic Whiteaker neighborhood. With four professional food trucks, a natural food store, restaurants, breweries/wineries/distilleries, a pizzeria, and coffee shops, all right outside your door or within a few blocks! Please keep in mind this is a livelier part of town, with night-life and train tracks nearby. Most have no issues but very light sleepers should be aware.

The Hummingbird Suite includes kitchenette, bathroom with shower, sitting area and queen-sized bed. 10 min drives to downtown, UofO, Hayward Field, Autzen Stadium & 70 min to the coast. On-site parking provided. Self check-in with digital, keyless entry with unique code for each reservation. It's a separate space attached to the main house where my family lives. Classy Studio 3 blocks to UofO, King Bed

Studio 88 is a high-end studio apt. just 3 blocks from campus in the area’s best UofO neighborhood. The surrounding area is beautiful, safe and quiet. It is an entirely separate 400sf living space with complete privacy. There is a King bed with high-end luxury mattress, full kitchen and private outdoor space. There is no carpet and we clean all counter and other such surfaces with disinfectant for each guest. Great restaurant options are just a short walk away. We do not allow dogs (sorry).

This completely remodeled guest suite within a historic farmhouse in Eugene has pastoral views of gardens, fields and nearby forest. The guest suite is on the ground level with its own entry and is completely separate from the rest of the house. It's located 3 miles south of the University of Oregon. It has new cherry cabinets, appliances, flooring and granite and it has a 60" TV with surround sound. The master bedroom has a king size bed with with a comfortable memory foam mattress.

The Little House is a great place to stay for a business trip, special event or as a launching point to explore the Willamette valley of Oregon. The room has everything you need for a comfortable trip to Eugene/Springfield including a queen bed, full bathroom with soap, shampoo and shower gel, mini-fridge, microwave, coffee maker, hot water pot, and more. You'll enjoy personal touches including my own personal pottery and photography.
