Eine sehr gut ausgestattete Wohnung mit einem herrlichen Panoramablick. Uns hat es an nichts gefehlt. Eine klare Weiterempfehlung.

Zeer ruime villa met mooie tuin en speelhuisje. Speelgoed voor onze kinderen (4 en 6) was reeds voorzien waardoor we dit niet moesten meenemen.

Une vrai pépite!!! Un logement propre et très fonctionnel. Tout est pensée pour que l’on puisse se sentir comme à la maison. Le point à l’étage, un gros coup de cœur pour le plus gros bonheur des enfants. Un coin insolite. Literie au top. À l’extérieur un coin pour mangé, et de quoi jouet pour les enfants Des consignes très clair, très bonne communication. Je peux que recommander

We hadden hier een geweldig weekend. Wat een prachtig natuurgebied op 10 meter loopafstand. Heerlijk gewandeld met onze hond. Keurig schone accommodatie. We werden zeer vriendelijk ontvangen. Zeker een onderkomen om eens naar terug te gaan

es war ein super Kurzurlaub! von Eupen aus, hat man einen guten Start um auch in andere Städte zu gelangen. die Wohnung hatte alles zu bieten, was man braucht und ist ein reines Kinderparadies! es waren Spiele, Duplo Steine, Holzeisenbahn vorhanden und sogar im Flur ein kleines Licht mit Bewegungsmelder. hier ist wirklich an alles für Familien gedacht! vielen lieben Dank! wir werden sicher wiederkommen, da wir uns wie Zuhause gefühlt haben!

Très beau gîte à quelques kilomètres du plateau des Hautes Fagnes, avec jardin et chemin privé. Deux grandes tables pour manger au jardin, intérieur tout confort, avec de belles vues sur la vallée. Seul petit bémol: les draps et serviettes de bain ne sont pas compris et ce n'est pas mentionné sur l'annonce. On y reviendra avec plaisir !

Een heerlijk huis op een geweldige locatie! Vincent heeft alles in orde gemaakt om ons grote gezin te accomoderen. Ik kon met al mijn vragen bij hem terecht. Het huis was geweldig voor de kinderen qua speelgoed ruimte en geweldige tuin. En tegelijkertijd genoeg rust en ruimte voor opa en oma. De locatie is een perfecte uitvalsbasis voor Duitsland, Nederland en andere mooie steden in België. Echte aanrader voor gezinnen!

Lovely stay at the house! We especially liked the garden and outdoor areas. Each bedroom is spacious and the kitchen is very well equipped. It's right next to the start of various hiking paths, which we appreciated and a short ride/medium walk away from the kayaking and bike rental place. Just two small things to note: the parking space is rather awkward to park in, and the linens & towels are given for an extra fee.

Rike's place is perfect for a couple of days exploring Aachen and it's incredible cathederal. The apartment is well positioned to the old town, clean and very comfortable. It has everything you need to prepare your own meals and communication with Rike is quick and easy. And the best part of the apartment is the sunroom, which is an absolute plus! While the apartment doesn't have a separate loungeroom, we found that we spent most of our time in the sunroom, looking out over Rike's garden, and westpark. Really quite relaxing. We thoroughly enjoyed our 3 nights at Rike's place and recommend it to other travellers.

Really lovely apartment, perfectly clean, nice furnishings, very comfortable, a great base. En-suite showers in both rooms, which is great. On the river, very lovely view each morning, lots of natural light. A bit of traffic noise outside the front of the apartment, but not bad at all. So easy to communicate with the hosts, who were very helpful.

We had a nice two nights here. Host was very communicative in terms of check in, and he left us a bottle of champagne which was very nice. There was lots of coffee, tea, etc available. Overall place was clean and beds comfortable.

Lovely place!! Eduard was very friendly and accommodating. The room was cozy and very clean. Location is very peaceful and perfect if you’re travelling by car! Would definitely stay again if we visit Cologne again!!😄

Ми із задоволенням провели свою 5-денну відпустку в цьому чудовому містечку. Все було дуже добре. Чиста затишна квартира з усіма зручностями. Було особливо приємно, що в кухні і ванній кімнаті було все продумано. Розташування теж було ідеальним. Поруч Терми 2000 і історичні магнити. Хазяїва були дуже привітні і відповідальні. Бажаємо їм всього найкращого! З повагою, Оксана і Алекс.

Eine tolle Unterkunft. Sehr ruhig gelegen. Besonders die große Küche ist mit allem ausgestattet, was mich sicht wünschen kann. Eine perfekt ausgestattete und gestaltete Unterkunft . Absolut empfehlenswert.

Es verlief alles super und bestens. Sehr freundliche Vermieter und sehr gute Kommunikation. Die Unterkunft war leicht zu finden und ist gut erreichbar. In der Nähe gute Einkaufsmöglichkeiten. Die Wohnung entsprach unserer Vorstellung, sehr sauber und gepflegt und der schöne Blick in den Garten und morgens von der Sonne geweckt zu werden, einfach herrlich. Wenn wir wieder in die Niederlande fahren, werden wir die Unterkunft von Klaus-Dieter wieder anmieten. Vielen Dank!

Wir haben ein paar richtig schöne Tage in Marias Ferienwohnung verbracht. Es war eine sehr schöne Auszeit, alles war vorhanden und die Kinder waren sehr gut beschäftigt. Ich kann diese Ferienwohnung hundertprozentig weiterempfehlen und wir freuen uns auf das nächste Mal bei Maria. We spent a few lovely days at Maria's holiday flat. Everything was thought through with a lot of little touches here and there. The kids had loads of fun with the various toys and tractors on offer. I can highly recommended staying there and we can't wait to come visit again :)

Super proper verblijf, vlotte communicatie en rustige locatie.

Wir waren für die FIBO 2025 in Köln und haben uns für diese Unterkunft entschieden. Zugegeben: Mit ca. 40-50 Minuten ist diese relativ weit weg von der Messe. Das Schöne: Der Bus kommt quasi direkt vor der Tür (3 Minuten Fußweg). Lidl, 2 Bäckereien und eine Apotheke sind direkt um die Ecke. Sehr große und geräumige Wohnung, mit viel Platz (waren zu dritt). Zudem eine große Küche mit alle Utensilien die man so braucht (inkl. Geschirrspüler). Martina (Gastgeberin) war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit und hat auch direkt auf Fragen geantwortet. Damit: Eine sehr gute Zeit gehabt, Top Unterkunft und gerne wieder!!

Super appartement dans Liège, très pratique et très bien situé, avec parking souterrain et la vue sur la Meuse très agréable! La communication était très facile avec Murielle tout s’est parfaitement bien passé! Encore merci pour ce week-end

Heerlijk verblijf gehad. Christa was vriendelijk gaf goede wandeltips en er lagen kaarten met knooppunt wandelingen in de studio. We willen hier zeker nog een keer terug komen.

WOW! What can we say, A+++ Yves! Firstly, thank you for the hosting! Our flight to Brussels was cancelled. When I informed Yves he was very understanding and I felt confident that no matter the situation, we would be supported and cared for. When we arrived at the property one day late, it was clean, spacious, and very comfortable, with stunning wide windows offering an interesting view at the front. Location was very desirable - amenities are a moment's walk, there is a supermarket a few steps away, and as for food options? No shortage in beautiful Hasselt. We particularly enjoyed the Canal Area which is full of affordable restaurants. Come here and soak up the atmosphere of a beautiful Belgian city. Though we were visiting a friend and the Efteling Theme Park, there's plenty to do and see just in Hasselt! Yves' place is actually larger than it looks in the pictures too. Thanks Yves, we hope to visit your place again soon!

Wir hatten einen sehr angenehmen Aufenthalt bei Marylene. Unsere Gastgeberin war sehr angenehm, aufmerksam und freundlich. Wir kommen gerne wieder!
