This cozy, spacious accommodation (65m2) is perfect for a pleasant overnight stay. The gîte is equipped with all the necessary amenities. Outside, you can enjoy the sun terrace, overlooking the meadow where the horses graze. The gîte is in a rural location, but a short distance from a restaurant, supermarket and the highway, A71 (10 minutes). If you want, you can use our well-stocked breakfast basket. Ideally located on the RN 145 Guéret - Montluçon, this lovely studio offers you all the comforts you need for a peaceful and pleasant stay. Independent entrance, studio on the first floor with access to the entrance, bathroom (with bathtub) and main room comprising a fully equipped kitchenette and a good-quality double bed. Add an extra €5 if you need linen.

"La Retirance" Quiet country house

"La Retirance" (the dwelling in Bourbonnais dialect) is a renovated country house located in Bourbonnais, offering peace and tranquility with a vast plot of 2000 m², ideal for relaxing moments.
