Small studio facing the Mont Blanc massif,

The studio is a small building, one room 12 metres square, and a separate shower, 120cm square, and WC with basin. The price is low because its small, but there is everything you need. Its comfortable, warm and well insulated. There is a large balcony with table and chairs. There is limited wifi access on the balcony, but no signal inside. It is only available Sat to Sat during the school holidays. For stays of 5 nights or more linen and towels are provided, otherwise it can be hired.

Ideal for a relaxing stay, exploring the region, hiking, skiing or for a stopover on the holiday route for couples or 2 friends. During this summer, the tranquility of the neighborhood may be disturbed during the day from Monday to Friday, due to the renovations of cottages.

The 28 m2 apartment is located on the ground floor of our chalet in a quiet and preserved location. It is 3 km from the center of Morzine and close to the Prodains Express. In winter, it is possible to leave the chalet on skis to reach the bus stop towards Morzine or Avoriaz via free shuttles (stop close to the chalet). You can ski back from Avoriaz. Hiking trails from the chalet are accessible. Ideal for 2–3 people.
