Nice little private independent cocoon located close to the cable car and hiking trails. The bedroom can accommodate max 2 people. There is no room for an extra bed or travel bed. Ideal for a relaxing stay, exploring the region, hiking, skiing or for a stopover on the holiday route for couples or 2 friends. During this summer, the tranquility of the neighborhood may be disturbed during the day from Monday to Friday, due to the renovations of cottages.

A two-room (one-bedroom) apartment recently renovated and well located in the center of Champex-Lac. A few minutes walk from the lake, restaurants and shops, this apartment offers breathtaking views of the lake, a large terrace and a wood-burning fireplace. Internet and cable TV are included. There is free common parking outside belonging to the building. There is a communal sauna downstairs in the building as well and a baby cot available on request.

From the balcony, you can enjoy a wonderful view of the "Dents Du Midi" and the "Dents Blanches". All facilities (train station, cable lift, shopping, restaurant) are close by.

The 28 m2 apartment is located on the ground floor of our chalet in a quiet and preserved location. It is 3 km from the center of Morzine and close to the Prodains Express. In winter, it is possible to leave the chalet on skis to reach the bus stop towards Morzine or Avoriaz via free shuttles (stop close to the chalet). You can ski back from Avoriaz. Hiking trails from the chalet are accessible. Ideal for 2–3 people.

Return to the chalet on skis possible.
