Holiday rentals with lake access in Évry-Courcouronnes

Wir hatten einen wunderbaren Aufenthalt! Die Unterkunft war sehr bequem, sauber und perfekt für Familien mit Kindern geeignet. Unsere Kleinen haben sich sofort wohlgefühlt – es gab genug Platz zum Spielen und sogar ein paar Spielsachen vor Ort. Der Gastgeber war unglaublich freundlich, hilfsbereit und immer ansprechbar, was unseren Aufenthalt noch angenehmer gemacht hat. Wir kommen gerne wieder!

J’ai passé un excellent moment dans ce logement ! Tout était conforme à l’annonce : propre, bien équipé, très confortable et idéalement situé. L’hôte a été très réactif et disponible, avec de petites attentions qui ont rendu le séjour encore plus agréable. Je recommande vivement cet Airbnb !

J’avais pris ce logement pour loger des amis pour mon anniversaire, donc je ne l’ai pas vu moi-même, mais le retour de mes amis m’ont dit que tout était très bien.

Séjour parfait lieu calme et reposant, piscine et jacuzzi très propre et les hôtes présent sur place sont très discret.

Très réactive, et à notre écoute, Linda nous a fait profiter d’un logement très agréable Nous sommes en période hivernale, mais je pense qu’aux beaux jours se doit être un environnement très sympathique

Incredibly friendly host, welcomed us as soon as we arrived and showed us round. Really close to Disneyland so perfect for a stopover if travelling the day before, or to stay if not staying onsite at Disney.

Chantal et Tim sont d'excellents hôtes. Nous avons été très bien reçus. L'accueil est chaleureux et amical. La Petite Maison est un endroit charmant. Propre, fonctionnel, bien équipé et bien chauffé, avec un petit jardin où il fait bon prendre le soleil et son café dès les premiers rayons. Nous sommes ravis !

Logement agréable, sécurisé, impeccable et vraiment adapté aux séjours avec des enfants. Isabelle est une hôte au contact facile. je recommande ce logement et je garde l'adresse dans un coin si j'ai besoin de revenir dans les environs !

Le logement de Brolin est très bien agencé, l'environnement est très calme et il y a tout à proximité. Brolin réponds dès que nous avons besoin, très réactif. Je recommande et je reviendrais si l'occasion se présent.

everything is perfect! We love it!

Wir hatten einen guten Kontakt zu Caroline und sie bot uns an, unsere Koffer bereits in die Unterkunft zu bringen, während sie noch dabei war, diese vorzubereiten. In der Unterkunft fanden wir alles, was wir brauchten, die war wirklich gut ausgestattet. Das Sofa im Wohnzimmer war eher für ein Kind, als 2 Erwachsene, aber für uns war es perfekt so. Es gab alles was man braucht wie Fön, Toaster, Fernseher etc. In der ersten Nacht war es sehr laut im Haus, das Haus ist hellhörig. Ich empfehle Ohrstöpsel. Aber die Umgebung ist toll, es gibt viele Restaurants, Bäcker und Bus und Metro sind nah. Wir würden auf jeden Fall wiederkommen, denn für uns war die Wohnung perfekt geeignet.

This warm and cozy apartment was within walking distance to bus, rail, grocery markets, restaurants and more. The kitchen, while tiny, was functional and had everything we needed. We were 2 couples and found both the bed and fold out sofa very comfortable! Note that when there are 2 couples, the lounge becomes a 2nd generously sized bedroom and no longer a functional lounge. This was perfect for our needs as we only used the apartment to occasionally eat, sleep& change to go adventuring 😊 As for parking, outside the flat there's some free blue lined areas for evenings only until 9am. However if you head to the side streets near the train station, there are white lined (or no lined) sections with free parking. We did this on our first morning (15min walk) & left it there for our stay. The apartment, while a little worn, was perfectly priced for what it does offer. The host was friendly, helpful & a great communicator. We would happily use this apartment again if we go back to Paris!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Ambiance Seine. Our hosts, Laurence and Andrew were very friendly, and provided a wonderful experience. The apartment was beautifully and professionally decorated. We were especially thankful for the luxurious KING sized bed! The kitchen was nicely outfitted, and I also want to mention the huge bathtub. That too was a treat. We cooked most of our meals so appreciated the great kitchen and appliances. It has a large screen TV, but we spent most of our time watching the vessel traffic right in front of the property. On our last day, we rented one of their electric boats to explore the Seine and connecting canal. There are three other apartments in their building, but noise level and privacy were never an issue. There is no vehicle traffic as this is the last property on the lane.

War alles super. Raph hat sofort auf Fragen geantwortet und war ein toller Gastgeber. Zu Fuß konnte man gut den RER erreichen! Alles super und immer gerne wieder!

Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Es war wie heimkommen. Die Lage ist einfach toll vor allem mit Hund. Danke für die schönen Tage bei dir. Immerwieder gerne.

Je recommande fortement, Le lieu est accessible, l’accueil est chaleureux, tout est propre et impeccable. J’ai passé un bon moment et je suis satisfait. J’y retournerai.

grote, nette woning met ruime parkeer mogelijkheden. grote slaapkamers en een aparte eetkamer en aparte woonkamer. Erg prettig.

Our family had an amazing time at Khady’s properties. It was well decorated, extremely clean and perfect location to go to Disneyland. The breakfast was also amazing! The kids loved it! Thank you very much for your great service!
