La demeure en pierre, séparée en 2 parties accueille la meilleure pizzeria d’Eymet en façade et sur le côté, une entrée dérobée dévoile une charmante cour intérieure avec bassin de détente, table de jardin, BBQ. Egalement, dans une pièce dédiée, tapis de course et rameur. A l’étage un salon salle à manger lumineux et cuisine ouverte. Joli petit appartement d'environ 60 m2 de superficie, situé au 1er étage dans un immeuble au centre ville d'Eymet. Proche de tous commerces ( bar, restaurant, boulangerie....). L'appartement peut accueillir jusqu'à 4 personnes maximum, il comprend une chambre avec un lit 140 x 190, d'une salle de bain et d'un wc séparé, une grande pièce à vivre avec cuisine équipée et un canapé clic clac convertible en lit pour un deuxième couchage. Arrivée autonome ou remise des clefs en main propre.

A Little Luxury Home in the Center of Eymet

Bienvenue chez nous. Gîte Castellaneta is over 500 years old but has been remodeled many times since it was first built. We just did it again in 2019! It's a cute little medieval 2 bedroom house. The master has a king bed and the front bedroom has 2 twins which can be reconfigured as a super king. Both have new en-suite bathrooms and the downstairs has been completely remodeled with kitchen, dining & sitting areas plus a WC and washer. And there's a lovely, intimate private courtyard.
