Le Mas des Sens is a 60 m² gîte, surrounded by nature, just 2 km from the centre of the village of Eymoutiers and 15 minutes from the lake and the island of Vassivière. Spread over two levels, it includes a kitchen area, a cosy living room, two bedrooms upstairs and a bathroom. The cottage is attached to our house, with no neighbours overlooking, and designed to ensure everyone's peace and quiet. It offers a real bubble of privacy, with its private terraces and garden facing the natural surroundings.

The apartment is bright and located 10 min walk from Eymoutiers-Vassivière SNCF train station, 15 min drive from Lake Vassivière and 45 min from Limoges.

This house, located in a hamlet near the heart of the village of Nedde, is surrounded by a beautiful forest. It overlooks a river. Relax with the whole family at this peaceful place to stay. It is the starting point for many hikes to do on foot or by bike that will allow you to discover exceptional biodiversity (birds, diurnal and nocturnal raptors, bats,...). Guests can enjoy water activities around the many lakes in the region that looks like a little Canada.

This new and independent accommodation, attached to our house, offers a private entrance, a cozy living room with sofa bed, a fully equipped kitchen, a bedroom with two single beds, a bathroom and separate toilet. Although located on the street side, the double glazing ensures calm, and the bedroom overlooks a peaceful wood descending to the Vienne. A peaceful little haven to unwind for two or as a family.

Relax in this unique and quiet accommodation. The pond cottage is a place for a relaxing stay in peace, with family or friends, facing the pond of the vault. With heated pool (7/3.5) from May to September and the hot tub at 37 degrees all year round. A fire in the fireplace for fun or for cooking... We provide a courtyard to park your vehicle. Lake Vassivière is 5 km away and will delight hiking or mountain biking enthusiasts. We accept your pet and wish you a pleasant stay in our family home.
