Le Mas des Sens is a 60 m² gîte, surrounded by nature, just 2 km from the centre of the village of Eymoutiers and 15 minutes from the lake and the island of Vassivière. Spread over two levels, it includes a kitchen area, a cosy living room, two bedrooms upstairs and a bathroom. The cottage is attached to our house, with no neighbours overlooking, and designed to ensure everyone's peace and quiet. It offers a real bubble of privacy, with its private terraces and garden facing the natural surroundings.

Our extensive gardens are the perfect place to relax, or if you wish to venture further, there are plenty of walks from the front door. The charming wing includes a master bedroom on the first floor with adjoining pigeonnier for use as study or extra bedroom, while the ground floor comprises a spacious bathroom with walk-in shower, kitchen, open plan living/dining room and an exercise room.

Que vous soyez en quête de tranquillité, d’aventure en plein air ou d’une escapade en famille, notre chalet est l’endroit parfait pour se ressourcer. Le gîte est situé au cœur d'un magnifique parc arboré de 4800 m² cloturé, offrant une véritable immersion dans la nature. Notre chalet de 110m² peut accueillir confortablement jusqu’à 6 personnes.

Welcome to Eymoutiers! This new and independent accommodation, attached to our house, offers a private entrance, a cozy living room with sofa bed, a fully equipped kitchen, a bedroom with two single beds, a bathroom and separate toilet. Although located on the street side, the double glazing ensures calm, and the bedroom overlooks a peaceful wood descending to the Vienne. A peaceful little haven to unwind for two or as a family.

Adorable Pondside Cabin

Need to recharge your batteries? Treat yourself to a moment of calm in our small, recently refurbished, simple and friendly cabin by the water. On-site walking trails with waterfalls and marked trails. Ideally located 10 min from Lake Bariousses, 15 min from Treignac and 30 min from Lake Vassivière; you can enjoy tennis activities, walks in the forest or along the river, at no extra cost. You can also fish on the pond.

Station lamp post

You will sleep in the former lamp storehouse of the Pérols-sur-Vézère train station. You will have a view of our garden, the sheep certainly, the chickens as well as the rails. These small regional trains stop 10 times a day and do not run at night. This small habitat has been completely renovated with salvaged materials. The stone walls are original and therefore restored with cement and lime mortar.

Relax in a high-end 5-seater hot tub facing a giant screen and enjoy a film while comfortably immersed in the water. La Suite 1925 also offers a Retro Chic bar decorated with vintage objects from the early 20th century and a terrace with a panoramic view of the countryside. In summer, the SPA gives way to an INDOOR POOL heated to 33°C, an ideal place to enjoy the water away from the sun and the heat.

Our house is located on the outskirts of the village of Peyrat-le-Château in a quiet area. It consists of 2 bedrooms, a kitchen-dining room and a living room overlooking the countryside. We provide a courtyard to park your vehicle. Lake Vassivière is 5 km away and will delight hiking or mountain biking enthusiasts. We accept your pet and wish you a pleasant stay in our family home.

Come and enjoy a new and upscale apartment located between the beaches of Broussas and Vauveix. Ideal place to recharge your batteries, hike or enjoy the lake with family or friends.
