Monthly Rentals in Facciù

Super clean and modernly equipped apartment in a quiet residential building with adjacent parking spot 10-15 minutes (walk) away from the Moneglia town center and beach. 10 minutes walk away from the train station so very convenient to hop on and off the Cinque Terre train every day. We did not meet Eugenia but she was on top of everything with clear instructions to check-in and to adjust heating if necessary as we traveled during a rainy October. She also was super nice and found us some umbrellas, which saved a big chunk of our trip! The apartment is very bright and spacious with the two balconies, very well maintained and very comfortable to hang out in, even on a rainy day. Thank you Eugenia for a great stay.

We had a wonderful week in Lorenzo's apartment. It is beautiful and quiet in the hills at Moneglia. It is practical and cozily furnished, excellently maintained, sparkling clean and has everything you need. The terraces around the house are large, have beautiful views and there is both sun and shade. Private parking space in the shade. Great location, walking distance to the beach and supermarket, nice walking routes in the area, nice restaurants, 1 hour drive from Genoa. Lorenzo is very friendly and welcoming and gave us many nice tips for the surroundings. Highly recommended! We would love to come back here.

We spent a weekend with the family. The place was as described, but the view of the sky and mountains made it even more special. And then the beaches of Moneglia are very nice and the village is cozy. We will definitely be back.
