You can easily reach the supermarket, bakery, butcher, and coffee shops on foot. There is a bus stop directly in front of the house, and the connection to the Laax ski area is regular and convenient with an 8-minute trip. With bikes, you can either ride along the lake or use the bus. The idyllic Laaxer Lake is reachable by foot in a couple of minutes.

Unsere gemütliche und private Ferienwohnung liegt idyllisch am Dorfrand und bietet atemberaubende Ausblicke auf die umliegenden Berge. Die Bushaltestelle mit Verbindungen zu den Skipisten von Flims/Laax in die eine und nach Chur in die andere Richtung, ist nur 2 bis 5 Gehminuten von der Wohnung entfernt. Die Wohnung ist modern, komfortabel und gemütlich eingerichtet, mit viel Holz, grossen Fenstern und natürlichen Materialien, die eine warme und einladende Atmosphäre schaffen.

"Rifugio" Loft im alpine chic, ski in, ski out

Entspanne dich in diesem einmaligen Rifugio. Im Jahre 2020 total sanierte 2 1/2- Zimmerwohnung, deren Interior Design komplett neu gestaltet wurde. Als Loft mit edelsten Materialien (Valser Granit, Schlossparkett, viel Altholz, freistehende Wanne, Eisenkamin auf zwei Seiten geöffnet, Designarmaturen) ausgebaut. Mit geschütztem Gartensitzplatz und Garten. Sonnige, ruhige Lage. Eigener Hauseingang, Sauna im Nebengebäude. Ski in, ski out oder Skibus in drei Minuten erreichbar.

Swiss chalet near Flims

Dating back to 1470, this wonderful chalet has so much charm and character. In 'Casa Felice' you will find quiet and calm. The apartment has all the modern amenities you wish for and breathtaking views of the Signina mountain range to enjoy. There is a fully equipped kitchen with dining and a stone fireplace. An ensuite bedroom and a separate bedroom / living area. There is parking in the underground garage and easy access to the village. Close to shops and the bus stop.

Right by the Laax gondola (4 people)

One foot in the ski lift. The location could hardly be better. The children's practice slope is also right next to the house! It is the perfect size for up to 4 guests. Underground parking space included. Skiing on arrival/departure day no problem. Ski IN and OUT. 50'' TV UHD (4K) with numerous channels, internet (Netflix etc.). In addition to the equipped kitchen, bed linen and towels can also be provided on request (30 CHF per person, otherwise simply bring your own)

Casa Bigneras

The chalet stands alone on a large meadow less than 1000 steps from the village center. If you use everything, you have complete peace, a south-facing view of mountains from east to west and all the important starting points close by: shopping for everyday things, the chairlift valley station from Falera to the Weiße Arena and restaurants. The free village shuttle stops right in front of the house and the ski slope extends almost to the house.

Small but nice, near the Braunwald cable car

Welcome to our small but cozy apartment in car-free Braunwald! The light-flooded 1-room apartment is ideal for 1-2 adults or a family with 1 child and offers winter and summer outdoor activities right outside the front door. This beautiful apartment is just a 5-7 minute walk from the mountain railway. In addition, the reading café “Bsinti” and a grocery store are nearby, so you have everything you need right at hand.

Modern 2-room apartment in Elm

The view of our apartment is stunning and will relax you the minute you arrive. Elm and surroundig offers a big network of hiking trails (i.a in the Unesco Heritage Sardona Area), various theme paths for the kids (ia giant forest (Riesenwald) or the ELMER Citro spring) and bikeroutes. The Mountains are Calling Retreat

Come and enjoy the fresh Swiss mountain air. Our well equipped, self contained apartment is a great place to spend some time away in either Summer or Winter. Our place is just a 2 minute drive to Oberterzen to catch the cable car up to Flumserberg for a great day of skiing, mountain biking or hiking. We are also only a 3 minute drive to Unterterzen to spend a beautiful summers day at the Walensee.
