The cottage has two levels - the upper one with three comfortable beds and the lower one with small kitchen and dining area, sofa, TV with basic range and bathroom. Tea and coffee in the cabin. There is an extra bed, washing machine with dryer, flat-screen TV with Apple TV, and audio PRO speakers. The apartment has A/C. Patio with barbecue grill. A fresh, little cottage for 2 people (or for the small family with max 2 children) with a lovely view of the sea, about 7 km from Falkenberg's center and about 600 meters from a large, lovely sandy beach. Also close to the appreciated forest. The cottage is located on a small hill with a lovely sun deck outside and is equipped as follows: a room with fully equipped small kitchenette, dining area, sofa bed and bunk bed and TV, internet connection, small storage space for clothes, bags, etc., shower and toilet.

Från vardagsrummet nås ett generöst trädäck där grillen står redo. På tomten finns också ett gårdshus (Attefallshus). Huset har 2 sovrum á 12 m² med hotellkänsla. Skrea strand ligger bara några minuters promenad bort. Boendet har trådlöst wifi och möjlighet att parkera 2 bilar. För elbil finns även laddbox.
