It is very child-friendly as the garden is shielded from view with lots of vegetation and secluded from traffic and roads. Here you are close to the city center and all the nice restaurants and cycling distance to lovely Skrea Strand (4 km). It is a large plot of land with a lot of grassy area where it is suitable for play and why not barbecue in the evening?

Surrounded by beautiful forest, hiking trails and vineyards, this idyllic cottage is a cottage. With a distance of just under 800 meters, you can reach Ästad winery, which also has a fantastic spa and restaurant. 40 meters from the cottage, you will find a swimming area with a jetty. A couple of kilometers from the cottage is Hiaklitten, a fantastic hiking trail. But it is just as good to hike around the fantastic lake next to the cottage.
