An architect project built in 2021 with recycled building materials in our wildflower garden. The cottage is fully equipped. Sofa bed and sleeping loft with ladder (no railing!) Washing machine, electric car charger and bicycles can be borrowed for free in the house next door, where we live. Sea view towards Båtafjorden/Bua in the south and in the west, a radiant view towards the Ringhals nuclear power plant. 50 meters to the bus stop, 100 meters to the outdoor gym and running path, 1 km to swimming. Let us know if you want to bring your own sheets for a SEK 200 discount. Cleaning is not included.

Fresh and seaside accommodation on Skrea beach

Welcome to our lovely accommodation on Skrea beach in Falkenberg, just over 80 m². The house is 60 m² with an open floor plan for the kitchen, living room and 2 bedrooms and a small bathroom. From the living room a generous wooden deck is accessed where the grill is ready. On the plot there is also a farmhouse (Attefallshus). The house has 2 bedrooms of 12 m² with a hotel feel. Skrea beach is only a few minutes walk away. The accommodation has wireless Wi-Fi and the possibility to park 2 cars. For an electric car there is also a charging box.

Unwind in this unique and tranquil space. Here you live in a cozy house on our farm, the view is amazing and it is not impossible to see fallow deer and elk grazing in the field. At the back there is a large terrace where you can see the sun rise. Proximity to lakes with fishing (fishing license needed) and forest, 9 km to central Halmstad and 7 km to Hallarna where there are also restaurants. If you want to get to the sea, there are several nice beaches within a 15 minute drive. Breakfast can be booked the night before.

The apartment's interior has been handpicked to give you a unique holiday experience. In the 25 m2 you'll find everything you could wish for. A lovely lounge sofa from Sweef that easily transforms into a wonderfully comfortable large bed. Smart TV so you can use your own Netflix account. Fully equipped kitchen with steam oven, dishwasher, refrigerator, and all the kitchen equipment you need. In the fully tiled bathroom, there is a washing machine. Jacuzzi (bathing fee 200 SEK/day).

Beläget i ett lugnt område omgärdad av bostäder, lekplats, pizzeria, skola, parkering, kontor med gångavstånd till centrum där det finns massor av mysiga restauranger och affärer samt till stränder med fina bad. Notera att det pågår ett större byggprojekt i Varberg, tunnelbygge, dubbelspår och ny stationsbyggnad som kan påverka området där huset ligger, främst vardagar dagtid.

You can see the beautiful blue sea from the kitchen table. The cottage has a fully equipped kitchen with everything you need for cooking everyday or for a party. In addition to a toilet, shower and sink, the bathroom also has a combined washer and dryer. Patio with table, chairs and barbecue.

Unique accommodation in idyllic Särdal, about 1.5 km north of Halmstad, along the coastal road between Haverdal and Steninge. It is a small cozy cottage with sea view about 700 meters from the beach. Close to hikes in nature reserves, exercise trails, coastal fishing and cozy marinas. Good location to just take it easy or discover our wonderful coastal area or maybe explore all of Halland. Shops, restaurants and cafes are nearby and there is a bus stop next to the property.

Welcome to our little paradise! In the corner of our garden we have a house that we rent out. It is near the ocean and the beach in the old fishing village Träslövsläge. This little house (23 square meters) has its own cozy patio on the grass under the apple tree. Near buses, restaurant, ice cream bar and the beach (0,5 km). 6 km from downtown Varberg.
