Our Cozy waterfront cottage is located 120ft from great bay. Our closest beach is 2.5 miles and we are 4 miles from the center of town. Equipped with gas heat and Central A/C. We also have a gas fired fireplace to keep you cozy. Outside shower for days at the beach. We have one single kayak, two double Kayaks, a rowboat and a canoe for a scenic view of Great Bay. Quiet spot.

Absolutely Adorable 4 Bedroom Ranch

Property is very close to beach at lovely, freshwater Jenkins Pond. This nicely furnished rental has a fabulous lower level family/TV room with add'l sleeping area and a full bath. Outdoors there is a large yard with a large deck and outside shower during the summer season. Minimum 2-night stay, rates may vary depending on season, weekly and monthly rate available.

This private studio is located in a quiet neighborhood. Located on the second floor, it has A/C, a skylight, Dish TV Amenities include a gazebo. The kitchenette includes a microwave, toaster oven and a Keurig coffee maker. The pool is NOT heated and is open seasonally (July 1 - Labor Day) Close to beaches! Please note there is NO STOVE in the unit.
