A small charming guest house (30 sqm) located on a natural plot separated from the main house is rented out for longer and shorter periods. The cottage is perfect for two people (double bed 180 cm), if there are more of you, there is an extra bed that works well for a child. Kitchenette (fridge, freezer, stove, oven, microwave) where there is equipment to cook simple meals. One bathroom with shower and toilet. No separate bedroom but it is open between the sleeping area and kitchen/dining area. Free parking is available about 500 meters away from the house.

Here is one of Sweden's most beautiful beaches. Nature is very beautiful with a mixture of forest and sea. The cottage is 25 sqm + 9 sqm sleeping loft and was renovated in early 2023. New air pump, stove and fridge/freezer. Newly painted walls and oiled floors. Neighbor to Skanörs Stadspark. Skanör's harbor is 1.8 km away and there are several cozy restaurants. Ica store open 7 am - 11 pm, 700 meters. Flommens Golf Club approx. 3.7 km. In Falsterbo, there are also some restaurants, a café and a small Ica store.

If you arrive by car, there are good parking facilities as well as the possibility of an electric car charger and from the Triangle bus stop it is only 150 meters. Parking is available, as well as bicycles for rent.

The house is surrounded by greenery and secluded from the main residence with its own porch, outdoor furniture and barbecue area. By bike, most things can be reached within 4 to 10 minutes, everything from tennis and padel courts, Falsterbo jetty/beach, Falsterbo Horseshow and golf clubs on one side of the headland and nice restaurants, cold baths, Skanör harbour/beach etc. on the other side of the headland.

The cottage is well secluded, in our garden, in a quiet, leafy-green area. 5 minutes from Falsterbo Horse Show, 10 minutes from Falsterbo Resort. The cottage has a modern bathroom and kitchen and a cozy, south-facing terrace. The cottage has a heat pump/air conditioning and is winterized. Close to the sea, restaurants, shops and golf courses. Visit the amazing Måkläppen. Here our guests are well-received and can have a lovely relaxing stay.

Two adult bikes is included in the rent, take a ride down to the beautiful Kämpingebeach in less than 10 minutes (or a 5 minutes carride). Restaurants and shopping, in Höllviken, are only 4 km away. Sit back and relax in this quiet, elegant accommodation, where you are close to sandy white beaches and the lovely sea just a few minutes' walk away. Falsterbo Horse Show is also just around the corner, for those who are interested in that week. In the fall, many birdwatchers come to Falsterbo and we have bicycles for rent for those who are interested. We also have the possibility of longer rentals.
