A small charming guest house (30 sqm) located on a natural plot separated from the main house is rented out for longer and shorter periods. The cottage is perfect for two people (double bed 180 cm), if there are more of you, there is an extra bed that works well for a child. Kitchenette (fridge, freezer, stove, oven, microwave) where there is equipment to cook simple meals. One bathroom with shower and toilet. No separate bedroom but it is open between the sleeping area and kitchen/dining area. Free parking is available about 500 meters away from the house.

Just outside Trelleborg, we rent out our guest house of 25 sqm + loft. About 7 minutes by car to the nearest beach and grocery store. 6 km to Trelleborg city center. Close to nature, cozy, quiet environment. The loft has a double mattress and a single. There is an extra mattress and sofa. Equipped kitchen with fridge, freezer and oven/stove. Coffee and tea makers are available. Fully equipped bathroom with shower. The guest house is located further down the residential house's property and parking is available for guests.

If you arrive by car, there are good parking facilities as well as the possibility of an electric car charger and from the Triangle bus stop it is only 150 meters. Linens & towels, iron, hair dryer, shampoo, conditioner, shower gel, Bose bluetooth speakers etc. are available.

Guest house in the countryside

Cozy, newly-renovated guest house with sleeping loft. Open floor plan with cooking facilities and patio. Two single beds in the sleeping loft. There are two extra beds, one of which can be a double mattress on the floor in the living room. There is a refrigerator for food and beverages. Coffee maker, electric kettle, microwave and two hotplates allow you to cook your own meals. Pets are also welcome and many of our guests bring dogs, cats and even rabbits. There are nice walking paths in the surrounding area.

The house is surrounded by greenery and secluded from the main residence with its own porch, outdoor furniture and barbecue area. By bike, most things can be reached within 4 to 10 minutes, everything from tennis and padel courts, Falsterbo jetty/beach, Falsterbo Horseshow and golf clubs on one side of the headland and nice restaurants, cold baths, Skanör harbour/beach etc. on the other side of the headland.

In the house there is a TV (android tv) where you with your own account on Google play can access various apps. Netflix is pre-installed (own account required) and youtube.

There are short distances to lovely beaches, as well as to Malmö and Copenhagen. It is only 10 minutes to the ferry in Trelleborg. Double bed in the upstairs sleeping loft. Oprindeligt opført som hestestald i 1832, er denne bygning nu ombygget til en charmerende bolig med eget køkken og toilet. Perfekt til en weekendtur eller et stop undervejs på cykelferien. I stueetagen finder du et åbent køkken og stue i ét, med adgang til en privat terrasse samt et badeværelse. På første sal er der et rummeligt værelse med fire enkeltsenge og udsigt over havet fra den ene ende af rummet. Boligen skal efterlades i samme stand som ved ankomst.
