A small charming guest house (30 sqm) located on a natural plot separated from the main house is rented out for longer and shorter periods. The cottage is perfect for two people (double bed 180 cm), if there are more of you, there is an extra bed that works well for a child. Kitchenette (fridge, freezer, stove, oven, microwave) where there is equipment to cook simple meals. One bathroom with shower and toilet. No separate bedroom but it is open between the sleeping area and kitchen/dining area. Free parking is available about 500 meters away from the house.

If you arrive by car, there are good parking facilities as well as the possibility of an electric car charger and from the Triangle bus stop it is only 150 meters. Linens & towels, iron, hair dryer, shampoo, conditioner, shower gel, Bose bluetooth speakers etc. are available.

It is close to a grocery store, golf courses and Falsterbo's idyllic center. On the large forest plot, there is also a brand new guest house that can be rented. Parking is available, as well as bicycles for rent.

Welcome to rent a bright and newly built guesthouse with a central location on beautiful Falsterbonäset. The house is surrounded by greenery and secluded from the main residence with its own porch, outdoor furniture and barbecue area. By bike, most things can be reached within 4 to 10 minutes, everything from tennis and padel courts, Falsterbo jetty/beach, Falsterbo Horseshow and golf clubs on one side of the headland and nice restaurants, cold baths, Skanör harbour/beach etc. on the other side of the headland.

If you prefer to eat out, the city center is a short distance away with a wide range of different types of restaurants. An idyllic place to experience the Swedish summer in the best possible way! Since we ourselves live in the house next to the cottage and the area is very quiet, no parties or loud events are accepted under any circumstances.

In the house there is a TV (android tv) where you with your own account on Google play can access various apps. Netflix is pre-installed (own account required) and youtube.

Welcome to our lovely garden house in Skanör, close to some of Sweden’s best beaches. The guesthouse is fully equipped with most things you would need and you have free parking on our driveway just outside. In summer you have access to garden furniture and a small bbq.
