Unique location for enjoying sun, sea and beach. You walk from the garden to the beach. From the large windows in the living space and from the adjacent spacious outdoor terrace you have a unique frontal sea view. The 4 bedrooms each have a terrace where you can quietly enjoy the beautiful view of the beach and sea - 2 terraces have frontal sea view and 2 have lateral sea view. The villa has recently been completely renovated, including the semi-open kitchen and the 3 bathrooms.

Valencian farmhouse from 1900.

Hort del Lleo is a Valencian farmhouse from the early 1900s. Restored integrally in 2023. 25 minutes from the sea and just 45 minutes from the city of Valencia. Very close to the monastery of La Murta founded in the year 1400, where you can enjoy the hiking trails of Alzira. Very close to the golf courses of La Galiana and del Saler. As well as quick access to the Ap7, via that crosses the entire Valencian coast. With a prime climatology for its proximity to the sea and mountain.

Make some memories at this unique and family-friendly place. Two independent houses joined by a porch of almost 50 square meters, next to a pond and in the middle of orange trees, some of them centuries old. The main house is a duplex with a bathroom, kitchen, and living room on the ground floor. The attic room is on the first floor. The other house consists of two bedrooms and one bathroom. Both share the rustic terrace to enjoy the countryside among orange trees.
