Furnished while keeping the original materials as much as possible, it is a cozy and warm nest with a nice enclosed garden, close to amenities. It consists of a large kitchen open to the living room and a bedroom with bathroom separated by a sliding garage door. In the bedroom, you have a double bed (160 cm) and in the living room a single bed (90 cm) with a non-convertible sofa that can be used as a small bed.
