Holiday rentals with breakfast in Fayetteville

We love staying at Julie’s home. This was our second time staying and it is by far one of my favorite places to stay. It’s very comfortable and cozy, there’s a lovely park behind the house, the house is spotless and she has wonderful little extras everywhere. We’ll stay again the next time we come down to visit our family. Highly recommend! And Julie is a kind, friendly and responsive host!

A lot of Airbnb’s feel like a place to crash with basic amenities. Brookes Airbnb felt like a home. There was an abundance of supplies that made me feel cared for just like you would at someone’s home. Brooke was extremely helpful in giving lots of local recommendations which I took full advantage of. She also helped accommodate an early check in and a last minute change for me. The home itself is beautiful and serene and very clean. My dogs loved the large enclosed backyard. Location is private and quiet and close to everything you could need.

2nd stay at this gorgeous house and hopefully not my last!! Matt is an outstanding host and this house is gorgeous just like the pictures! What you don’t know until you stay is that the neighborhood is peaceful and filled with nature and yet literally right on the edge of campus. So, while you can walk to campus, or even to a few restaurants, you will also see deer (we saw a doe and her two babies), groundhogs, raccoon, and tons of birds. You will hear a symphony of birds all day as a matter of fact. You could totally forget you are in the city! Matt was super flexible and patient with us throughout our stay and helped us with anything and everything we needed!

Host was very responsive and friendly. Easy to work with. Location is very close to campus. Nice yard with 5’ fence for dog.

Old Blue is one of the very best AirBNBs we've stayed in - anywhere! The house is beautiful, stylish, and so well-appointed. We loved all the little surprises too - the snacks, coffee, bath products, etc that awaited us! The location is fantastic and we were able to walk everywhere. We would definitely return!

Beautiful home. Convenient location. Every amenity we could ask for. in the kitchen. Rene generously provided lots of breakfast foods. Huge bed in the primary suite with a GORGEOUS primary bath. Would definitely stay at Rene's home again and we highly recommend it to others.

Our family fully enjoyed our stay over the Christmas holidays! The house was beautiful and well stocked for our needs. Location is close to restaurants and activities in Bentonville area. Check-in was easy and communication with the host was thorough. She even checked in on us during our stay to see if everything was going well and if we needed anything. Would 100% stay at this location again. The house was very clean, beds were comfortable, plenty of towels and linens, kitchen is stocked with plenty of dishes and cooking appliances. Host provided plenty of trash bags, dishwasher pods and toilet paper. There are TV's in each bedroom and WiFi was fast enough to accommodate all of our devices. This Airbnb was perfect for our needs and the price was a good deal.

Very convenient location with an excellent host. We are usually in NWA for only one or two days at a time. We definitely need to stay longer to take advantage of all there is to do. Mark’s place would be the ideal place to stay!

We enjoyed our stay here for two nights. Booking was easy and check in instructions were very clear and accurate. Apartment was clean and equipped with necessary basics. Mattress was super firm, so if you’re a pillow top person like me bring a topper. lol This place is a great value, even without us getting a chance to check out the apartment’s amenities since we were busy. There are no stairs required to get from your car to this apartment, but there are upstairs neighbors if that sort of noise irks you. We’d stay here again for the location and the value.

Really cool place within walking distance to downtown Bentonville. Daniel and Kassie were super helpful and responsive. 10/10 would recommend.

The Barn on the Hill was a great home base for us to attend several weekend events in NWA! We easily walked to Razorback Stadium and Uber easily found us other times! It was very clean, decorated in all the best Hog decor, and the beds were soooo comfy. We can’t wait to come back. Melissa is a phenomenal Airbnb host!

Joana & Michael struck the perfect balance between hospitable and privacy. We loved their restaurant recommendations and delicious omelettes!!

The Victoria is well located in Bentonville—near everything downtown and a 15 minutes walk to Crystal Bridges along a beautiful wooded trail. The Queen Anne suite was huge, bed comfortable, and the bathroom very well appointed with tub, shower and a huge closet. I didn’t take advantage of the pool and hot tub but they definitely looked inviting. I also had a great breakfast in the morning. Would gladly stay at The Victoria again in the future.
