All year round, you can swim in the "Svenskerhullet" and Roneklint and the small fine island Maderne, which is owned by Nysø Castle. 10 km from Præstø. The 49 sq m sanitary style apartment can accomodate up to 4–5 guests with double bed and french bed. Kitchen and bathroom are currently being renovated – first rental from May. Wi-Fi, smart TV and parking space available in front of the house.

In addition to a double bedroom, there is also another bedroom with a cozy bunk bed. You can also use a fenced-in garden with its own seating area. The house has its own toilet with shower and washing machine as well as a modern kitchen.
