On the ground floor, a living room with a wood-burning stove and an equipped kitchen as well as a comfortable shower room. Upstairs, under the roof, 2 bedrooms (1 double bed and 2 single beds). Set back on the grounds, the old barn converted into a dwelling.

This longhouse is located in the Parc Régional du Perche , in edge of Domaniale forest of Réno Valdieu. If you love nature, be cut off of the world for a weekend, or more, with family or friends, the house is for you. This haven of peace will seduce you with its tranquility, its exceptional panorama and a wide choice of walks. SHEETS, TOWELS as well as end-of-stay cleaning in addition (€15 double bed, €12 single bed, €5/pers for towels), €150 fixed price cleaning.

1.5 hours from Paris, between Verneuil sur Avre and Mortagne aux Perche, this bread oven is part of a beautiful 18th century farmhouse, from where Percheron pioneers left to create New France (Canada). In a green and relaxing setting, lovers of the countryside will appreciate the charm of this comfortable cottage, located on the edge of the Perche state forest, where there are many monasteries including the Notre Dame de la Trappe abbey. Marie's house: 6-person gîte in the heart of Perche

Located in the heart of the Perche Regional Natural Park, in a typical hamlet, Marie's house is a cottage fully rehabilitated in 2019 in respect of the Percheron building (old tiles, lime coating, exposed beams...). With all the comforts you need and fiber, it's the perfect place for your stay in the countryside less than 2 hours from Paris. A charging station is available according to conditions. Calm, nature and local products will be on the agenda.
