Former bakery, renovated and separate from our house, set in the middle of a large plot of land with a few animals (ducks, chickens, and, depending on the season, sheep) to the delight of children. I would like to point out that they are located at a distance from the dwelling and therefore do not cause any noise nuisance. The Perche is an ideal region if you are looking for a peaceful setting, with no neighbours close to the house, allowing you to enjoy a quiet and relaxing stay.

Located in a hamlet 5 minutes from Mortagne-au-Perche, the house consists of 4 bedrooms (double beds, possibility to transform the blue room into 2 single beds), 3 umbrella beds, 2 high chairs, changing table, 2 bathrooms, large kitchen open to living room with fireplace, TV lounge and 1 pétanque court. Tree-lined garden.

Marie's house: 6-person gîte in the heart of Perche

Located in the heart of the Perche Regional Natural Park, in a typical hamlet, Marie's house is a cottage completely renovated in 2019 in keeping with the Percheron style (old tiles, lime plaster, exposed beams...). Located in one of the most beautiful villages of the Perche Regional Park, it is the perfect place for a stay in the countryside less than 2 hours from Paris. The cottage is fully equipped with new products (appliances, bedding, SAUNA, wood stove) and has an enclosed garden.
