It is a small townhouse and a balcony over the countryside, ideal for discovering the charms of Perche.

Countryside cottage

Former bakery, renovated and separate from our house, set in the middle of a large plot of land with a few animals (ducks, chickens, and, depending on the season, sheep) to the delight of children. I would like to point out that they are located at a distance from the dwelling and therefore do not cause any noise nuisance. The Perche is an ideal region if you are looking for a peaceful setting, with no neighbours close to the house, allowing you to enjoy a quiet and relaxing stay.

Carefully decorated and perfectly equipped, La Ferme de la Boétie is rented in its entirety. This country house has large common areas (living room, dining room, TV area), 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. Located in a hamlet 5 minutes from Mortagne-au-Perche, the house consists of 4 bedrooms (double beds, possibility to transform the blue room into 2 single beds), 3 umbrella beds, 2 high chairs, changing table, 2 bathrooms, large kitchen open to living room with fireplace, TV lounge and 1 pétanque court. Tree-lined garden.
