Our cottage has been sympathetically renovated and is a uniquely individual space retaining a wealth of originality, blended perfectly with a contemporary feel. We can welcome 6, with two double bedrooms and a large double sofa-bed in the galleried landing area. A spacious living area leads to a quiet outdoor patio with rural views. The grounds the cottage are located in are surrounded by a large moat which contains unprotected deep water. Unsuitable for young unsupervised children.

Quiet and relaxing duplex, new and independent with a large covered and shared wooden terrace. The accommodation offers a furnished kitchen on the ground floor, as well as a seating area equipped with a bench seat. Upstairs you will find the toilet, as well as the master suite. Azay-Sur-Thouet is 1H30 from La Rochelle, 1H00 from Futuroscope and Puy du Fou, 45 min from Marais Poitevin and 10 min from Parthenay (FLIP) and Pougne Hérisson (Festival du Nombril du Monde). This peaceful home offers a relaxing stay for the whole family. Close to Futuroscope, Marais Poitevin, Puy du Fou, Parc Orientale de Maulévrier. A particularity of the cottage is that it is equipped with a dry toilet (indoor). Outdoor courtyard. Parking spot. Possibility of two additional beds on the sofa bed. Your stay funds local cultural activities! Part of the profits is donated to the Les Champs Bruissent association, which organises artist residencies.

A nice studio in a cozy atmosphere that can accommodate two people, located in a quiet area in Châtillon-sur-Thouet, 5 min by car or 15 min on foot from Parthenay. Access to the shared garden with the upper accommodation is possible, to enjoy the outdoors.
