Studio with great views and patio

Lucerne at your feet, the Rigi opposite, the Pilatus just above, the hiking trail right behind the garden - that's how we live! We have a great view, but also about 70 steps to the studio. In addition, our studio is quietly located on the edge of Kriens. By public transport, it is a bit difficult to get to us or to the city. If steps and edge location do not bother you, you will certainly feel comfortable in our cozy studio.

Oasis in the middle of the city

The decor is bright, modern and cozy. The sleeping area has a double bed (180 x 200 cm). The work and dining area is bright and overlooks the front garden. The small seating area is for exclusive use. The studio is centrally located in the city. The railway line is within sight of the studio. The trains run slowly, but are audible. From midnight onwards, no more trains run and the night's rest is guaranteed.

A modern studio, along with a social area

We are renting out a new, refurbished studio on the ground floor of our house in Sarmenstorf. It is situated in a small village in the countryside between Zurich and Lucerne. Nearby is a beautiful lake (Hallwilersee) and many other interesting sights. It is easily accessible by train / bus or by car (free parking available). There are shops situated in the village.

On our farm there is a beautiful and bright duplex apartment which we make available to our guests. The apartment has a fully equipped kitchen, private bathroom (spacious shower with toilet) and 2 bedrooms that can accommodate 4 people. The apartment also has a large balcony (25 m²). Our farm is about 2 km from the village (car is an advantage).
