Nice apartment with all the required amenities, and a good view across the valley. Good access to the ski lifts and a short bus ride/30 minute walk to town (note that last bus back was about 19:30). Philippe was a responsive and accommodating host. Beware that the stairs are very steep.

Beautiful accommodation located in an equally pleasant environment. The scenery is magnificent (many hikes nearby), and the amenities (Sherpa, restaurants, tourist office...) are close to the residence. Perfect stay in Anne Gwenn's apartment. The accommodation is perfectly functional and very well arranged, well decorated, modern and impeccably clean. We expected to be cramped and in fact, not at all while we were 3 adults, 2 children and a baby. The location is really very convenient, 5min walk from the ESF classes, it's very nice to drop off the kids and the toboggan run right in front gave us a lot of great afternoons! The shoe warmer is super convenient in the entrance. The dishes were of very good quality, it's very appreciated! We really have nothing to complain about, we had a great time skiing. Just so you know, if your kids play on the big lawns behind the residence, on the terrace, it's really full of dog droppings!! Too bad because it's a nice place to play and make snowmen.

A perfect stay, Marilyn was present at check-in for all the explanations and for our departure. very convenient private parking during this weekend where all the Annecy car parks were full! 10 minutes walk from the lake and the city center, we were able to fully enjoy the weekend.

Steven is a great host! Very flexible and very helpful! The location of the property is great for the proximity to the ski lift. If you need to go to Megeve center a lot I would recommend a car. Steven’s property provides a parking spot that you can access directly by the elevator - super convenient! The flat is very well decorated and the kitchen is very well equipped!
