The building has a panoramic terrace with great views of Transdanubia and the Kőszeg Mountains. The house consists of a kitchen-dining-bedroom (with fireplace) and a bathroom with shower, and upstairs there is a sleeping gallery.

Directly in front of the property, which is more than 2000 m², you will find a fascinating animal world, where the gray cattle and water buffaloes graze directly in front of the property on which the house is located.

The airport is about 25 minutes by car. The garden house is good for couples, solo adventurers, and families with kids.

The large, red electric boat has two large batteries and a powerful 800 watt motor. It is a classic Fronius boat that would normally cost 70 EUR/day to rent at the port. The overnight price includes the boat.

The new, beautifully furnished studio with separate entrance in the Fertőrákos holiday area provides accommodation for 2 people or a family with one or two small children. The studio's equipped kitchen has a refrigerator, induction hob, microwave, kettle, coffee maker. The studio has a private parking lot. Guests are required to pay a local tourist tax of HUF 450 (EUR 1.50).
