Karim was there for us to show the Apt, helpful and always reply to our questions, good person, convenient location from CTM BUS or Train station, say if TAXI will use meter it is about 7 to 10 Derham With out meter Max you should pay 20D From CTM OR TRAIN.. Nice and safe area. lots of Taxi out side the Building, Grocery store (Marjan super market) right in front of the building Exit , you can buy Meat, Chicken, veg too. .Lots of fast food restaurant on walking distance . Everything was nice. The space so elegant and huge that it seems enough to invite 30-50 people to make a royal party. But only thing she should clearly inform us or other guests was additional costs. Breakfast fee was additional and it was not informed well. I found it was not free through reviews. In addition, price was different from reviews. She sincerely made efforts to satisfy us. It was great. However most of that was related to money

Nice appartement good location easy the fond Driss and he's wife was helpful . But all the bedding haven't been changed before our arrival so we had the change them all and the drain of the sink in the kitchen was blocked The last night and on the morning when we leaving the lift doesn't work so we had the walk on the stairs the baby and our baggage

We had a great stay at Yousra’s place, with extra thanks to Khadija, who couldn’t have been more helpful. We felt very well looked after. Location wise the property was great for us. 5 minute walk to both bus station and convenience stores. About 10 minutes drive to Michlifen resort, and about half an hour’s walk to the national park. The apartment had everything we might have need. Thoughtful touches were seen everywhere. Both bathrooms were sufficient, rather than 1.5 bathrooms you sometimes see. I’d recommend bringing cash for firewood, as not only will this be required for warmth, but the wood burner in the living room was a lovely feature which we’re already missing. A long day exploring followed by sitting by the fire was heaven. All in all, I can’t recommend this property enough, as well as the perfect town of Ifrane. It has all of the best of Morocco, Switzerland and France in one place, without the tourist prices of Marrakesh or Agadir.

Nabil was extremely available and responsive. The accommodation was very beautiful, very clean in a private residence with caretaker, which is very reassuring. In short, I highly recommend Nabil's place.

Majid is a very welcoming host, helpful, the house is very well equipped and contains everything you need for a very nice stay in El hajeb.

The apartment was very clean and well-prepared for our stay. The location was amazing – right in the heart of the medina, which made the experience even more special. This was my first time in such an original and unique place and staying in this traditional old house made it even more memorable. Each floor had a bedroom, and the rooftop terrace was simply fantastic. It truly felt like immersing ourselves in the local way of living. We also had breakfast prepared for us on-site, which was a lovely touch. I highly recommend this place for anyone looking for an authentic experience

We stayed with 10 friends in the Riad . Everything went great, quiet, comfortable rooms, the little ones better for 1 person, the 2 very large even for 3 people . Great for breakfast Fatima that prepares good manicaretti. Great, to recommend .

I didn’t want to leave Suzanna’s place! This is the only way to visit Fez — staying in an authentic riad. The beauty really can’t be quantified in photos or in a review. It was perfect. A couple of points: 1) Another review mentioned stairs being steep but I did not find this to be true. There are stairs, like in any riad, but they weren’t as numerous or as steep as most other places in Morocco, in my opinion. 2) This is not “hotel perfect” — and you wouldn’t want it to be. The home breathes history… things like worn tiles are the quirks that convey its long rich life. It is a privilege to stay in a place like this. 3) If offered, get the breakfast! It was really nice to have that. I’d stay a thousand more times. Don’t hesitate!

Apartment was really spacious and well kept. Everything you need was there and everything was really clean. The building is new and in a good neighborhood. Communication with Imane was easy and proactive. She helped us finding the way to the apartment and was really flexible. Would definitely recommend.

As a solo traveller, it's perfectly fine for me. It's clean generally, with a comfortable bed and enough blankets (could get quite chilly in sleep hours). Bathroom is quite small but I'm okay with it (could be a problem for tall guys though). Sebastian is also a very friendly and responsive host, with clear instructions he made check-in easy. I found the value impeccable for its price.

I appreciated Ahmed's responsiveness although I had a difficulty booking. He was able to help me book right away. I rested well, I wish I could have stayed ok for a long time because the setting is green, peaceful, all nearby. The SPA at the foot of the building is a major asset to relax and take care of yourself. Delightful restaurants all around. Wow a host present. Security and security allow for a real release. They responded to all our requests. Thank you and looking forward to coming back

All excellent, maybe a bottle of water would have been good but if that is the only complain one should be very happy with the accommodation

Adorable welcoming by Mr. Badr's representative (Mrs. Loubna) to a very clean and charming apartment. ● Smooth & flexible check IN/Out to the apartment ● The host is very responsive and helpful who is experienced in customer service, he was taking care of very small things to assure our comfort. ● The neighborhood is safe and surrounded by a lot of shops, cafes and restaurants, same is 5 min far from Carrefour supermarket. ● I highly recommend Mr. Badr's place and will definitely come back again
