The area is famous for its bike paths, numerous hiking trails, birdwatching and historical landmarks. We also live on the property, in the small detached house. The surrounding area is shared with our family as we attend our vegetable gardens and care for the animals. Parties and events with loud music and excessive alcohol are strictly forbidden, as it is not suited or acceptable.

Touristic tax included. Independent entrance, own bathroom with air con on 1st floor with stairs. Bedroom plus a room with settee, table, chairs, toaster and kettle, fridge. No tv. the settee converts in a bed for a 3 rd person, it is right in the center of town, with all amenities close by. in Figueres center all parking is paying. but I will send you info on where you can park for free at a reasonable distance. Come to mine to drop your bags for ease. Room and bathroom newly restaured.

Una cuina completa amb sortida a terrassa amb barbacoa. Una gran sala d'estar (amb llar de foc) i menjador amb vistes al Castell. A la planta baixa: la mini piscina privada per a refrescar-vos. In the past, it was the hair salon of the town, and instead of restoring it, we chose to completely renovate it. We love carpentry, so we dedicated ourselves to making almost all the furniture and the general decoration. It is located in the center of Armentera, a beautifull village with a lot of history. It is 5 minutes away from the beach. Ideal for spending a few days with family or friends, and with plenty of experiences to enjoy the Alt Emporda.
