A bright and tidy two-room apartment with a sauna on the shore of Lake Jyväsjärvi. The house, completed in 2019, is in the Rantaraita housing fair area. The spacious glazed balcony opens up to an unobstructed lake view towards the city center. Swimming beach. Private parking space next to the downstairs door. The area has beautiful and diverse hiking trails and a disc golf course. The apartment is fully equipped (extensive tableware, appliances, sleeping arrangements for four people, 65" smart TV with streaming services, air heat pump, hanging chair, etc.).

The basement of a wooden house in a quiet residential area, right next to the forests of Aulanko. Private entrance, bedroom, toilet and shower. Bed linen, towels, cleaning and parking are included. For an additional charge, you can enjoy a breakfast tray, a wood-fired sauna and, in summer, use of the outdoor hot tub. Distance to Aulanko hiking trails 100m, nearest bus stop 800m, train station 1.3 km and city center 2.2 km. It is possible to have an inflatable extra bed in the room if there are more people staying overnight.

Each cabin has a mirrored exterior for privacy, a lake-view glass wall, double bed, sofa bed, kitchenette, bathroom, Wi-Fi, and a projector screen. Local breakfast is available on request with at least three days’ notice. With several BBQ kotas on the premises, guests can enjoy outdoor cooking anytime.
