Excellent place and host!!

We had a great time at this place which is even better than in the photos. The forest view is soothing. It is very functional and well-equipped. The accommodation is located in a quiet subdivision 5 minutes from the city center and its main attractions. The Northern Lights are visible from the backyard of the property. Communication with the host is smooth. We recommend it for a family vacation.

We felt very comfortable in Teemu's house. For two people, the house was just right for just under two weeks. What was really nice was the bed. Very comfortable and the plus size linens - a dream. We preferred to sit at the kitchen table for breakfast and watch in the sunshine of the slopes as she prepared the great trails and the cross-country skiers hurried. After a sports day with cross-country skiing or a snowshoe hike, to be able to go to the sauna, just nice. Teemu always governed questions in a timely manner and was able to solve an electrical problem remotely. Shopping and ski rental are 5 minutes by car in Rukantyla. And especially cool was that we could see the Aurora borealis almost every night and I had enough time to improve my technique. All in all, a nice holiday.

Amazing home! Beautiful log cabin decorated with elegant atmospheric design. Very well-equipped kitchen in the cottage. The location is excellent. Great for a family with children.

Lovely little simple cottage by the lake. I was bathed in a sauna that heated up quickly and gave strong but soft steam. There is no shower in the cabin. It was clever to take a dip in the cool water from the dock. The lower floor of the bunk bed was spread out as a double bed and very sleepy. Thank you very much, I recommend it to those who want peace and enjoy the sauna.

Great location, peaceful surroundings, and just a short walk to restaurants, skiing, and slopes. The cabin was really clean and had everything you needed. We'll definitely be staying here again.

For us, this was the third home in Pyhä. Both of the previous ones have been disappointing. We went to explore the place as early as the previous year's ski vacation because we didn't want to disappoint again. Enchantment A keeps, which is promised. Aira was still in touch when we arrived and made sure the temperature in the bedroom was right for us. In the previous listing, we suffered from a temperature too high for a week which made it awkward to sleep. The location is very good for the cross-country skier's needs. The camper fits well in a parking spot.

Great place to stay in nature. The slopes for cross-country skiing lead directly past the house. Equipment for skiing can be rented nearby. Supermarket and ski lifts within a short distance. A car is necessary. Very well equipped kitchen, great pool. We will be happy to come back.

This is an ideal place to stay in Lapland. It is 20 mins drive from the airport and Santa Clause visit, so easy to reach, but also in a very quiet and idyllic location. The host is very friendly and always easy to contact. I took my daughters (8 and 11) and they loved it, especially the sledging around the cabin. Also a great spot to see the northern lights.

Very well equipped and functional holiday apartment. It's better than a great fit for our family of 7. The kids were nicely cared for when there were toys, board games, and a game console. There was also a high chair. Everything you need in the kitchen. Plenty of dishes for a large group and plenty of kitchen supplies. The kitchen is well-functioning and comfortably connected to the living room. For us, the location of the apartment is perfect when we like the peaceful location, but still next to the ski lift. You can go straight to the hillside from the apartment less than 100m on foot. Communicating with Tanja is quick and proactive. He kindly responded whenever needed. Very good vacation home in every way!

We had the most incredible stay at this beautiful chalet! From the moment we arrived, everything was just perfect – it was spotlessly clean, beautifully decorated, and had every amenity we could possibly need. The cozy atmosphere made us feel right at home, and after long days on the slopes, it was pure bliss to relax by the fireplace. The location was very convenient with the ski bus stop only 150m away. We did not have a car during our stay, but the local supermarket (and Alko shop) is 10 mins easy walk away. Everything in the chalet was just very carefully planned. Lots of closet space for all those bulky winter clothes. Drying cabinet for wet gloves and shoes, and of course the sauna was amazing. Nicolina was wonderful—thoughtful, responsive, and genuinely cared about making our stay special. We truly didn’t want to leave and are already dreaming of coming back! If you're looking for the perfect ski getaway, this is the place. Highly recommended!

We stayed in this villa last year and after that we’ve always known we’d come back. Lovely, cosy, homely. There’s everything you need, to relax, to cook, and to enjoy the quiet beautiful wintry surroundings. Make sure that you use the sauna. A real treat after a cold day in the slopes or hiking. And make sure that you have the fire on in the evening. Adds a bit of a romance to your stay and, obviously, makes the villa beautifully warm. Enjoy your stay everyone! We will be back.

Niklas’s place was idyllic. Beautiful location on the lake and so well equipped with paddle boards, kayak, rowing boat, hot tubs and sauna. We travelled with a 3 year old and baby, and there was a sand area with a brilliant selection of toys which the toddler adored. Niklas was easy to contact and very flexible when we required a later check out. All adults staying (5 of us in total) said it was a standout experience staying there and we love to return again.

The villa is beautiful, with a large living area and sauna. The location along the lake is its strong point, we stayed in 8 (6 adults and 2 children) and everything was perfect

A cottage in a really great location. Cozy gazebo on the beach and long sandy beach. A neighbor nearby, but not a hindrance when the cottages were built so that there is no harm, as well as a bush fence in between. Very good steamy sauna!

A smooth stay. Great location. Ski-in/ski-out relatively close and by car to the hillside for 5-7 minutes.

Teemu is a friendly host with rapid and response

A wonderful place off the beaten track with everything you need and more. Nice to know: the road was a bit rough when we visited in early Spring, but luckily I have a car with high ground clearance. The cottage is pure luxury; floor warming, A/C, a very well equipped kitchen, georgeous views, nice Sauna, tidy bathroom and a very spacy lounge. And the Silence, when sitting on the large terrace at nights. Incredible. We chose this for work, partly based on the fact that Wifi is fast. It was. The host is superb, you get all the information you need and she was most welcoming. I hope we can use this plave in the future as well. It is well worth the price and highy recommended.

The place was a great getaway from everything. It wasn't squeaky clean, but it was as clean as I'd expect someone's summer cottage to be, and it was absolutely fine. The second floor has a low ceiling so moving around can be a bit awkward and the stairs are a little steep but manageable for able-bodied people. The place was always warm and cozy, even in -20°C temperatures outside! If you need groceries, the local K Market should have everything you need, but don't expect many amenities or things to do nearby, you might have to drive an hour or two for most points of interest. Overall, it was a great experience and for a great price, we'd come back again!
