Living in a farmhouse

You will be staying on the ground floor of the converted side building of the farm. Large garden with 2 ponies by a small stream. We produce wood chips for the heat on the farm. Here, there are still 20 chickens with fresh eggs every day and 4 goats. Our dog Jule is very sweet. A small sauna and a swimming pool. The terrace, seating area, fireplace in the garden are free of charge. Costs for sauna: an additional €15 per sauna session for 2 people in consultation on site, or a walk with the horses can be booked.

Das ca. 28 m² große Atelier Galerie Blau wurde zu einer gemütlichen Ferienwohnung im Maisonettestil mit separatem Eingang und kleiner Gartenterrasse umgebaut. Im oberen Bereich befindet sich die Schlaf- und Arbeitsebene mit einer Doppelbett Liegefläche von 180x200m. Im Erdgeschoss ist der Essbereich mit einer Kochnische und einem Sofa, was bei Bedarf zu einer Schlafcouch ausgeklappt werden kann. Direkt daneben befindet sich das kleine Duschbad. Ebenso steht Euch eine Wachmaschine zur Verfügung.

The 50 m² apartment with separate entrance and private parking is located in a quiet residential area on the edge of a field and yet only 300 m to the baker. The smoke-free basement with 5 windows has a hallway with a wardrobe, a daylight shower room with a hairdryer and vanity mirror and a 40 m² living/bedroom with fully equipped kitchen, dining area, sofa (can also be used as a sofa bed), armchair, large smart TV, Wi-Fi/VDSL, telephone, desk, 140 cm wide bed and shutters. Pets on request.

The fully equipped, modern apartment (95 m²) with separate entrance can accommodate up to 4 people. In the spacious and bright apartment, there are 2 bedrooms, each with a double bed. The quiet location invites you to take walks and excursions to the nearby vineyards and the surrounding area. The center of Groß-Umstadt with its historic market square is 4 km away, Darmstadt 24 km and Aschaffenburg 26 km. The train station (700 m) offers connection to the public transport network.

Apartment on Stetteritz

Our lovingly furnished basement apartment can accommodate two people. You can expect a large bedroom with box spring bed, a modern bathroom and a fully equipped kitchen. When the weather is nice, you can relax outside on the terrace. The apartment is located in the basement of our inhabited detached house. We live here as a family with children. In just 5 minutes you are in nature – perfect for walks, even with a dog. Looking forward to seeing you soon!

Great views of the beautiful garden-from every room. 5 minutes walk and you are in forest and meadows. On the terrace you can enjoy the sunset. For ideal indoor air, an air purifier with HEPA/activated carbon filter is available for removing pollen, odors, airborne allergens, etc.

Our modern furnished apartment with balcony is located in the attic of our house with great views of the forest, a larger pond on the edge of the forest and a small pond right in front of the house in the garden. Pure nature and relaxation are guaranteed - hiking, biking or just relaxing! Frankfurt, Heidelberg, Mainz and Wiesbaden can be reached in about an hour by car. A car is highly recommended - there is hardly any connection with public transport.

Come, hike, feel comfortable and relax, recharge your batteries, find peace and feel safe in our ground floor apartment, which we have renovated mindfully. We bought and built the farm 11 years ago, gardening and living here very happy ever since, despite all the tasks that are still waiting. Meanwhile, our daughter Nele's family also lives on the farm. Nele is also always responsive. You will find us on the outskirts of Wald-Erlenbach.

The apartment in the attic is a new building and has good thermal insulation. The connection to the city center is by various bus lines (free on Saturdays) or a walk of approx. 30 minutes. Shopping (Aldi, Denn's, Edeka, dm, bakeries, butchers, Sparkasse, pharmacy) are within walking distance in a few 100 meters. Extensive discoveries in the field and forest can start after a few minutes walk.

Waldheim Lindenfels

The Waldheim is an Art Nouveau villa in the climatic health resort of Lindenfels overlooking the castle and the Weschnitztal and has a separate apartment for up to 6 people. The Waldheim is located directly on the Nibelungensteig hiking trail at the edge of the Schenkenberg forest. Highlights include the panoramic view, the sauna and the communal garden.
