The underground parking space can only be used by very small Cars can drive through (duplex parking space; see 'Access for guests').

If you want to go even further from the climatic health resort of Immenstadt, explore the beautiful Allgäu by bus or train, both of which are within walking distance.

Wellness and a large selection of restaurants are within walking distance. Ideal for excursions, mountain and bike tours, canoeing and whitewater activities. The cross-country ski trail is within walking distance in winter and great ski resorts are only a few kilometers away. The place is great for a staycation or home office.

Vom Wohn- und Schlafzimmer hat man jeweils einen direkten Zugang auf den Balkon. Erholen Sie sich in unserer gemütlichen Wohnung vom Alltagsstress - genießen Sie die herrliche Bergluft!

Then my apartment is just right - it is located in the middle of nature (1.2km to the centre) with a stream right outside the door! From here you can start directly for hiking, biking or other outdoor activities. Modern décor, fully equipped kitchen and fiberglass internet invite you to relax or even work in the apartment. Bus connection right at the end of the street. Bus connection to the Ofterschwang ski resort at 7:55 am.

Cozy room for 1-2 people in Blaichach

Our 19 square meter guest room above the garage with separate entrance, two single beds, mini sofa and separate bathroom with shower and toilet is rented. In the room there is a refrigerator, kettle, coffee pad machine, microwave, smart TV and Wi-Fi. Skis, sleds, bicycles, etc. can be safely parked in the basement. A parking space in the courtyard is reserved for you. Bed linen, blankets, towels and breakfast dishes as well as tea/coffee are provided.

Start your day with breakfast on the balcony while enjoying the panoramic mountain views – the perfect retreat for nature lovers and anyone seeking relaxation.

The holiday apartment offers you the perfect place to feel at home while enjoying the beautiful surroundings of the Allgäu region. Relax in the evenings on the spacious terrace with new furniture. The modern kitchen is fully equipped, allowing you to prepare your favorite meals. If you have any questions or concerns, the caretaker Martin and I are always available, so you can fully enjoy your stay.

In our apartment Hase you will find space for 2 people in the dining-living-sleeping area. Optionally, a baby crib can be placed. With a spacious bathroom and a balcony with wonderful views of the mountains, you can relax wonderfully.
