The apartment is a spacious one-room loft (41 m²) with unobstructed panoramic views. At the end of August, it will be renovated and transformed into a modern 2-room apartment. It has a high-quality box-spring sofa bed, an open-plan kitchen-living room, a luxurious bathroom and a sleeping area with a box-spring bed. An outdoor parking space is included.

Your own little mountain retreat at the very top of the house: a glazed south-facing balcony, mountain views, and the Nebelhorn cable car is a five-minute walk away. On the top floor, for one person. A 90 cm wall bed disappears into the wall during the day, freeing up the room. Private bathroom with toilet. The kitchen has a fridge, microwave, toaster, coffee machine and dishes, but no hob or oven. A streaming TV; the Wi-Fi is suitable for home office use. A parking space in front of the house is included.

Von der Terrasse blickt man auf ein Fauna-Flora-Habitat. Im Umkreis von wenigen KM findt man Wanderwege, Seen u. Skigebiete.

Spacious, bright apartment centrally located in Sonthofen - 2 rooms on 67 m² in the attic with balcony, high-quality amenities and free Underground parking. Wellness and a large selection of restaurants are within walking distance. Ideal for excursions, mountain and bike tours, canoeing and whitewater activities. The cross-country ski trail is within walking distance in winter and great ski resorts are only a few kilometers away. The place is great for a staycation or home office.

In the spacious apartment with a large south-facing balcony with mountain views, small kitchen, two rooms and bathroom, up to four people can relax. Many hiking destinations are very close. Our 19 square meter guest room above the garage with separate entrance, two single beds, mini sofa and separate bathroom with shower and toilet is rented. In the room there is a refrigerator, kettle, coffee pad machine, microwave, smart TV and Wi-Fi. Skis, sleds, bicycles, etc. can be safely parked in the basement. A parking space in the courtyard is reserved for you. Bed linen, blankets, towels and breakfast dishes as well as tea/coffee are provided.
