Welcome to the southern city in Germany! The apartment with a combined living room and bedroom offers space for solo travellers, couples or a small Family. The Allgäu High Alps, cycling and hiking trails, ski lift, lakes for swimming and much more are within easy reach. There are numerous shopping and dining options, a train station, a bus stop and a bike rental service within walking distance of the apartment. The underground parking space can only be used by very small Cars can drive through (duplex parking space; see 'Access for guests').

The apartment is a spacious, 1-room loft (41 m²) with unobstructed panoramic views over Talauen, Grünten and the Alps. It has a cozy couch corner with a high-quality box spring sofa bed, an open kitchen with an island, a luxurious bathroom and a sleeping area with a box spring bed. An outdoor parking space is included.

Von dieser Unterkunft aus ist man in Nullkommanichts an allen wichtigen Orten. Zu Fuß innerhalb 3 Minuten erreicht man den Supermarkt, die Bäckerei, den Metzger, die Apotheke und ein Restaurant mit Biergarten. In der Stadt Kempten ist man mit dem Auto in 5 Min., eine Bushaltestelle ist in Sichtweite. Die Wohnung (90qm) befindet sich im 1. Stock, ist sehr hell und geräumig. Von der Terrasse blickt man auf ein Fauna-Flora-Habitat. Im Umkreis von wenigen KM findt man Wanderwege, Seen u. Skigebiete.

Nice apartment with mountain views

The apartment in the beautifully located Tiefenbach is not far from the Breitachklamm and Rohrmoos, idyllically situated between the mountains. The modern interior includes everything you need for a relaxing vacation in the Allgäu Alps. With fantastic views of the mountains, the day starts from the bed and ends relaxed on the cozy balcony, and if you want, also in the hanging swing. Whether on foot, by sled, with cross-country skis or by bike, you can start right at the house.

Would you like to spend a few relaxing days in nature and the mountains? Then my apartment is just right - it is located in the middle of nature (1.2km to the centre) with a stream right outside the door! From here you can start directly for hiking, biking or other outdoor activities. Modern décor, fully equipped kitchen and fiberglass internet invite you to relax or even work in the apartment. The idyllic apartment "Simis Hüs" is located between Sonthofen (3 km) and Oberstdorf (11 km) in the small village of Tiefenberg. The apartment offers a magnificent view of the Illertal and the Allgäu mountains. Due to the quiet location, you can really unwind. For active vacationers, the apartment is an ideal starting point for skiing (the nearest mountain railway is 3 km away), biking, hiking/mountaineering, etc.

The apartment is equipped with everything your heart desires and has 2 bedrooms as well as a bathroom with a rain shower and free high-speed Wi-Fi. Enjoy this special and quiet ambience and relax with a swim in the pool or in your private infrared sauna in one of our large bedrooms.
