Owned by the family for 40 years, it is with great excitement that I am embarking on this project to turn it into a true 5-star haven of peace. Situated in one of the most privileged locations in Llançà, the Villa offers an extraordinary combination: sun, sea, stunning views, tranquillity, and a unique natural setting.

we have lovingly rebuilt this old bergerie from zero using oak from our own forest in the Ariege and the most ecological methods possible. Totally off grid, solar elec, borehole etc. Situated in the middle of a natural paradise surrounded by the fauna, flora, pleasures and inconvieniences that go with that! Close to the beautiful unspoilt beaches of La Franqui and Leucate and the great wine cellars and restaurants of Fitou, it is the ideal place to recontact with nature and your loved ones.

Welcome to the foot of the Salses Fortress near the coast, Barcarès, Leucate-La Franqui, and events: Electrobeach, Les Déferlantes, Visa Pour l'Image, Mondial du Vent. Perpignan and its airport are a 12-minute drive away (Béziers airport is 50 minutes away), Collioure, Banyuls, Port-Vendres and Spain are 40 minutes away, and the ski resorts (Font-Romeu, Les Angles, etc.) are 1 hour 30 minutes away.
