we have lovingly rebuilt this old bergerie from zero using oak from our own forest in the Ariege and the most ecological methods possible. Totally off grid, solar elec, borehole etc. Situated in the middle of a natural paradise surrounded by the fauna, flora, pleasures and inconvieniences that go with that! Close to the beautiful unspoilt beaches of La Franqui and Leucate and the great wine cellars and restaurants of Fitou, it is the ideal place to recontact with nature and your loved ones.

No smoking! :( A cozy one-bedroom apartment for 1 or 2 people maximum. Adjoining our house, it has a separate entrance. The terrace allows you to enjoy the outdoors. The town center is within walking distance (numerous local shops). Hiking trails are nearby. The sea is a 40-minute walk, 20 minutes by mountain bike (on gravel paths), or 5 minutes by car. There are sports facilities nearby. Don't hesitate to air out the apartment. A breeze is more effective than air conditioning :)

Large very pleasant terrace with beautiful sea view, in the shade from the end of the morning. Private parking space in front of the apartment + adjoining garage. Other places are available free of charge. Beaches of La Franqui 10 mins/Leucate less than 15 mins. Many hikes from the residence.
