Monthly Rentals in Fitzroy

Michael's communication was excellent. The apartment was as described and in a wonderful location. Michael very kindly offered us a late stay as no-one was booked in the day we were leaving. This allowed us to leave our luggage and enjoy more of Fitzroy for the morning before heading to the airport. We will recommend Michael's apartment to family and friends and look forward to staying there again.

We had an amazing stay in Sarah's space. It is even better than the pictures on AirBNB and we were absolutely blown away. It was all the little details that stood out to us, the books available, the different spaces to relax in and the decor. Sarah kindly left bread from a local bakery, chocolate and milk. There was nothing we couldn't acquire in terms of our surroundings. The location of their penthouse is just outstanding. Gertrude Street is alive and offers so many unique shops and restaurants and bars that we couldn't even touch the surface of whilst we were there. We would recommend this space to friends, to family and plan on staying there agains ourselves if we return to Melbourne. Yes, the stairs will keep you fit and wear off those holiday excesses in food! But it is totally worth it and the rooftop terrace is just an unbelievable plus. Cannot recommend it enough and Sarah was just an amazing host throughout it all.

A wonderful, calm, light-filled apartment in a refurbished warehouse in a perfect location, surrounded by interesting shops and restaurants. Sarah is a great host, genuinely helpful and generous.
