I live right next to the two apartments that I rent, I am happy to share my beloved apartments with humans from all over the world, but you must be aware that I am not a tourist agency, I am not a hotel, I am not a tourism entrepreneur, I am just a simple inhabitant of Manarola, a kind of hermit. At my apartments you don't just rent a place to sleep or eat, but you rent to live an experience, specifically the experience of being on the terrace with that panoramic sea view.

An amazing place for dreamers, star gazers, hikers and nature lovers, who also want to profit of the sea and the beauty of our city of arts: Firenze, Pisa, Lucca. We are in the park of the Apuan Alps, 18 km from the coast. To get here you will need to walk for 1km, and go up a dirt road for 1,5km by car. The house is a stone and wood cottage in the park of the Apuan Alps, an ideal place for those who want to walk in the woods and get to know and visit the attractions of Versilia and Tuscany between the sea and the mountains. The house consists of a full kitchen with a gas stove, wifi, sofa bed, and for heating for the winter season it has a wood-burning stove and preset heat pumps, a bedroom with a full bathroom with a shower, and a wooden loft with a single bed.

HOME DELUXE - Marine-style apartment

Fully renovated and furnished 60 sqm apartment at the end of May 2018 in marine style. It consists of an open space living area, double bedroom and bedroom with 2 beds, bathroom with shower with chromotherapy, second bathroom, large balcony and private garage. Located in a very quiet area and surrounded by greenery, it is 5/10 minutes on foot from the sea. Wifi, smart TV with Netflix, air conditioning, microwave, induction stove, phone, bicycles, etc.

A beautiful, light-filled 40-square metre self-contained apartment just 200 metres from Pietrasanta's stunning main square. Decorated with care in shades of grey and white, it’s lovely and cool in the summer and warm and cosy in the winter. We also offer our guests free bikes. Our aim is to provide a boutique hotel experience, so you'll find big fluffy towels, robes, lovely crisp white cotton sheets, a decent hairdryer and complimentary toiletries.
