With a large garden, it is 900m from the beaches of Lido di Camaiore, a seaside town 20km from Lucca and Pisa and an hour's drive from 5 Terre and Florence. The kitchen is equipped with a 4-burner stove, electric oven and microwave and equipped with Wi-Fi, 40" smart TV, washing machine, barbecue in the garden.

Located near the path nr 1 (AV5T), you can reach Riomaggiore and Portovenere by trekking through the paths with a splendid view. It also has the convenience of arriving with the car under the house, the recommended way to reach us. 10 minutes by car from La Spezia and even less from Riomaggiore. Free parking on site.

The house is a stone and wood cottage in the park of the Apuan Alps, an ideal place for those who want to walk in the woods and get to know and visit the attractions of Versilia and Tuscany between the sea and the mountains. The house consists of a full kitchen with a gas stove, wifi, sofa bed, and for heating for the winter season it has a wood-burning stove and preset heat pumps, a bedroom with a full bathroom with a shower, and a wooden loft with a single bed.
