Holiday rentals with beach access in Fiumicino

Caroline's place was lovely! Even larger than we expected! The house is supplied with all sorts of amenities. Thank you for the coffee and fruit! We loved our stay there and would love to return some day!

We spent an amazing week in Torvaianica during this holiday season, and couldn't be more satisfied with the experience! Although out of the bathing season, the site proved to be a true haven of peace in winter. The extensive sandy area offers quiet walks and moments of contemplation, especially at sunset. Simply stunning! We would also like to highlight the exceptional care and attention on the part of the lessee. Since the time of arrival, I have felt truly welcomed. The house was impeccably clean, heated and prepared with all the details designed for our comfort. There were even welcome treats, such as appetizers, sweets, compote, tea, coffee, etc., and local suggestions for meals. There was nothing missing, and all the care shown has made this our experience even more enjoyable. We highly recommend to those looking for tranquility, beauty and a personal touch at the reception!

Finishing up my stay in Tuscany, I just needed a place to sleep near FCO due to an early flight. Catarina provided plenty of communication, with clear instructions and made the entire process easy. Although my stay was short, it provided what I needed to get some rest after a day full of train rides - a spacious bed and a quiet environment. From what I saw, the space was cozy with a well stocked kitchen and a beautiful deck. Note, the unit is on the 5th floor, there is an elevator that takes you up to the 4th. In terms of location, there are plenty of restaurants in walking distance. The bus stop to the airport is very close and is a short ride. In terms of getting to the Airbnb, I was able to take the Sitbusshuttle from Rome Termini, which dropped me off a few blocks away - 15 min walk

It was a great stay from beginning to end. Luciana and Vincenzo were kind and helpful during our stay. The location was very convenient, having a bakery, a grocery store, restaurants, public transportation, and Ostia antica nearby.

Great to stay for a few days in Fiumicino so close to the sea. The place was great and had a private patio where the kids could play. Claudio drove us early to the airport and was very friendly and helpful.

Our family had a wonderful stay here and really appreciated the host's flexibility and responsiveness. The location is amazing; a 30 second walk gets you to the lake, 2 minutes gets you to the local restaurants and shops. The house was spacious and comfortable and at an amazing value. I hope we can visit again!

The place was great. All of the local restaurants are amazing, and the staff at each and every one of them were so nice and kind—especially given the fact we don’t speak their language—at least one person at each restaurant speaks English, which makes it super easy, so don’t be intimidated. Michele was very friendly, and check in was easy. Pros: cleanliness; right across from the ocean; 15 min walk to grocery store/train station; safe area; local restaurants; blow dryer; inexpensive to get to the city (€1.50 per person one way, and that ticket works for the entire leg of your trip no matter what form of transportation you take) Cons: longer than 30 mins to get to Rome city center (plan a minimum of 60 mins); unable to control the temperature of the apartment yourself, you must ask the host to do it for you (she did, but it was still a slightly inconvenient).

Dream Airbnb equipped with all the comforts that a guest could look for, a two-minute walk from the beach and the shopping center where there are minimarkets, restaurants, pastry shops, bars, etc. and a bus stop to go to Rome. Alessandro is a magnificent Super Host who assists you from the moment of booking and upon request organizes transport (very convenient when arriving at the airport and leaving) restaurants and the beach etc. at super discounted prices!!!! Bicycles are available at no extra cost so, fantastic for going to the beach and getting around Fregene. Thank you Alessandro for your splendid Airbnb and for all the help you provided to me and my son every day which for a foreign tourist is a huge convenience and money saver!!! We were super satisfied with everything and felt right at home in Manuel's apartment. It is a large, bright apartment with 2 balconies, equipped with everything you need. Within walking distance you are directly at the sea. Thank you so much for the always friendly communication Manuel. Highly recommended.

Fabio was in contact before our stay to provide instructions on the best way to get from the airport and ways to travel round Rome. The apartment was as described and ideally situated to travel in to Rome. We found the centre of Ostia towards the end of our stay and there are great restaurants close by as well. Great place and great stay.

We had a wonderful stay at this apartment! After a 3-week vacation around Italy, we wanted a quiet place to unwind for the last three days before our flight, and this apartment was perfect. The space was clean, comfortable, and, best of all, free from any unpleasant odors – it was refreshing to step into such a well-maintained and welcoming environment. It truly felt like home! The location is great, with the seashore right in front of the house and the port and numerous restaurants within walking distance. Despite its proximity to everything, the area is quiet and private, with a bakery and supermarkets conveniently nearby. Free parking is also available near the house. Communication with Stefano was excellent! He was very accommodating! Highly recommended!

We found the apartment extremely clean and equipped with every comfort. Stefano was accurate in communicating the access methods. I recommend it to everyone.

We used the train a lot. Rome took about 40 minutes by train. 15 minute walk to train station. Rome was so busy that it was great to get back to Lido Di Ostia. We loved the town and walked all over. Lots of great restaurants close by and gelato stores. Everyone was so friendly. We did find that on the train that the Ostia Antica stop had an archaeological site. It is 4 km long city. We really loved it. It is a whole town from 2500 years ago. That was one of the best places we visited. I felt terrible leaving because it felt like home. Would highly recommend staying there.

Naoki's place is beautiful. Excellent communication! Super clean and you can feel the love by the care and special touches. The outdoor area has chairs and lounge chairs and you have the entire area to yourself overlooking the water. Sunset was spectacular! If you are lucky enough to find availability here, you will not be disappointed. Hoping I can stay here again! The only thing I would say that I wasn't aware of was that I had to carry my luggage up a flight is stairs and that may be a problem for some. The elevator only goes to the 2nd floor.

Fabio is an amazing and helful host. The location is perfect if you want peace and chill-out time but the centre of Rome an easy 40 minutes away. The apartment is spacious, stylish and well appointed. We spent a lot of time just relaxing on the lovely, large terrace. Everything you need is within a 15 minute stroll. This is great for a relaxed holiday with a chilled out vibe but with lots of options if you are feelung energetic.
