Lovely cosy cottage for one or two set on our little French farm in the beautiful and peaceful North Dordogne countryside. The cottage is nestled in 30 acres of fields and woodland where you can watch our many animals pottering around enjoying their sunny French retirement! We are halfway between the pretty villages of Mialet and Saint-Jory-de-Chalais which are well serviced with shops, bars, restaurants and boulangeries. Both villages are less than 5 minutes by car or 30 minutes on foot.

The apartment is located on the 1st floor, it is quiet, well equipped and very bright. It is close to the Faculty of Science, IUT, OIEAU, Beaublanc Stadium and the University Hospital. You can access a big shopping mall on foot. A convenience store/gas station very close by is open from 7 a.m. to 9 p.m. Bus line 8 is 100 m away and serves the city center, which is 2 km away. In this cozy and spacious apartment of more than 50 m², dating from around 1640, it is wonderful to stay. Thanks to the authentic, thick natural stone walls, it stays wonderfully cool in the summer. Towels, bedding and kitchen towels are already waiting for you, and you are welcome to make free use of our garden and natural swimming pond. And of course, everyone is welcome with us. We are LGBTIQ+-friendly and believe in a place where everyone feels free and at home!

Independent studio on the farm

The studio is an extension of our house, it is separated by a dining room that we do not use when the studio is rented, with a locked door. At the gates of the Périgord-Limousin Regional Nature Park, located in a cul-de-sac with 3 houses, the path continues for 300 m. 25 min from Limoges and the highway, bar, tobacco shop, grocery store and bakery, pizza distributor and children's playground 4 min away, all shops 10 min away (Aixe sur Vienne or Chalus).

This small apartment is located on the ground floor of a large house, on a quiet street between Place Carnot and Parc Thuyas, a 20-minute walk to the hyper center. It consists of a small living room with equipped kitchen, a bathroom with walk-in shower and a bedroom that opens onto a private and shaded courtyard. (I accept short stays but for the sake of ecological responsibility, I no longer provide linens except on request. €12 supplement)

Come and enjoy the calm of the Limousin countryside in a pleasant little studio house. The accommodation includes a kitchenette, shower room, room with a 140 bed and dining area. The small house is heated with a wood burning stove. Guests can relax on the terrace. The property has a large garden. The house is 12 km from the A20 highway and 30 minutes from Limoges. For two-wheeled travelers (bicycles, motorcycles) I have a barn to shelter them.

We provide guests with a private space on the ground floor of our home. It includes a kitchen, bedroom, bathroom (shared space with boiler room and pool pump) and toilet. You also have access to the pool (open from June to mid-September). We are also ideally located in the countryside for hikers, mountain bikers and runners (trail).
