Quiet hamlet setting only 8 mins to the town of Chalus and the shrine of 'Richard the Lionheart'. We have a pool, games room, playing field, and lovely woodland to walk through.

The cow is in the Studio!

Enjoy this studio built in a container! In the middle of nature, the stream next door, the Nordic bath with wood fire... and (the jacuzzi often available on weekdays on request). I can also serve you; a meal with aperitif, local starter, farm meat, cheese dessert wine... A south-facing terrace area with plancha, table, chairs, parasol, sunbathing. The accommodation with kitchen is designed for 2 or 3 people with a folding bench. Not far away, go-karting, 2 castles, rail bike.

The Glycines Cottage

My little house is located 20 minutes from Limoges and 5 minutes from Nexon. (20 minutes from Highway A20) A lot of charm for this large living room with fireplace, (wood for a fee) dining room with well-equipped kitchenette (fridge, microwave, electric oven and two gas burners) open to the garden. Bathroom with toilet and window. Mezzanine bedroom with baby bed, on request. Sofa convertible into a 120 bed for one person TV and internet access.

Independent farm studio

The studio is an expansion of our house, it is separated by a dining room that we do not use when the studio is rented, with a locked door. At the gates of PNR Périgord-Limousin, located in a cul-de-sac including 3 dwellings, the path continues for 300m. 25 min from Limoges and the highway, tobacco bar, grocery store and bakery, pizza machine and children's playground 4 min away, all shops 10 min away (Aixe sur Vienne or Chalus).
