You can easily reach the supermarket, bakery, butcher, and coffee shops on foot. There is a bus stop directly in front of the house, and the connection to the Laax ski area is regular and convenient with an 8-minute trip. With bikes, you can either ride along the lake or use the bus. The idyllic Laaxer Lake is reachable by foot in a couple of minutes.

Als Loft mit edelsten Materialien (Valser Granit, Schlossparkett, viel Altholz, freistehende Wanne, Eisenkamin auf zwei Seiten geöffnet, Designarmaturen) ausgebaut. Mit geschütztem Gartensitzplatz und Garten. Sonnige, ruhige Lage. Eigener Hauseingang, Sauna im Nebengebäude. Ski in, ski out oder Skibus in drei Minuten erreichbar.

The light-flooded 1-bedroom apartment is ideal for 1-2 adults or a family with 1 child and offers winter and summer outdoor activities right outside the front door. This beautiful apartment is only 5-7 minutes' walk from the mountain railway. In addition, the "Bsinti" reading café and a grocery store are nearby, so you have everything you need right at hand.
