Beautiful cozy and bright apartment in the Grisons mountains. Ideally suited for ski holidays as well as a good starting point for hiking excursions & bike tours or to relax in the green idyll a little from everyday stress. The chairlift (Brigels/Vuorz/Andiast) can be reached within 4 minutes by car. The Flims/Laax and Obersaxen ski resorts can also be reached in 20 minutes. Skis and sleds are rented on site. Mira Flem Family penthouse skiing all the way to the door.

Beautiful and cozy apartment on the top floor right on the ski slope. Fantastic mountain and village views. Spacious living room with fireplace and dining table. New kitchen. There are 4 bedrooms (8 beds) and 3 bathrooms. Three bedrooms have one double bed and one bedroom has two single beds. Two bathrooms with a shower cubicle and the third has a large bathtub. Ski room and laundry area for common use in the house. 2 parking spaces in the garage.

Very tastefully and lovingly furnished. Cozy atmosphere for a nice get-together and best recreation. Unique indoor pool (20m) + 2 small saunas in the house. Large ski room, underground parking and direct bus to the ski station in front of the door. 3 single beds in the bedroom and lovely, folding 2x1 double bed in the living room. Wake up with a view of the mountains! TV / highspeed WLAN. Bathroom with bath/shower and large mirror cabinet.

Quiet and centrally located apartment in Flims

The apartment has been completely renovated with a lot of passion and newly furnished in the cozy alpine chic. Located in the holiday residence Quadra right in the centre of Flims. Bus stop is just 1 minute walk from the apartment. It takes about a 5-minute walk to the cable cars and the various shops. From the balcony you can enjoy a magnificent view of Flims and the surrounding mountain panorama. Ideal place to relax!

The place has a spectacular summer toboggan run. The center with shopping, outdoor pool / ice rink, as well as all lift stations are within 10 minutes' walk. The return trip from the slopes to the house is possible by skis or bus.
