Meine Unterkunft liegt mitten im Dorf, umgeben von Bergen, die zum Ski fahren und wandern einladen. Vom Schlafzimmer aus, sieht man die Skipiste. Die Langlaufloipe ist 50 Meter von der Wohnung entfernt. Der Kinderskilift in Valtgeva ist ebenfalls gut zu Fuss erreichbar. Das Wellness und Erlebnisbad sind in 5 Min. zu Fuss erreichbar. In unmittelbarer Nähe hat es diverse Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, Bäcker, Metzger, Sportgeschäft usw. Die Wohnung ist super geeignet für Familien und Paare.

Entspanne dich in diesem einmaligen Rifugio. Im Jahre 2020 total sanierte 2 1/2- Zimmerwohnung, deren Interior Design komplett neu gestaltet wurde. Als Loft mit edelsten Materialien (Valser Granit, Schlossparkett, viel Altholz, freistehende Wanne, Eisenkamin auf zwei Seiten geöffnet, Designarmaturen) ausgebaut. Mit geschütztem Gartensitzplatz und Garten. Sonnige, ruhige Lage. Eigener Hauseingang, Sauna im Nebengebäude. Ski in, ski out oder Skibus in drei Minuten erreichbar.

Dating back to 1470, this wonderful chalet has so much charm and character. In 'Casa Felice' you will find quiet and calm. The apartment has all the modern amenities you wish for and breathtaking views of the Signina mountain range to enjoy. There is a fully equipped kitchen with dining and a stone fireplace. An ensuite bedroom and a separate bedroom / living area. There is parking in the carport and easy access to the village below. Close to shops and the bus stop.

Gemütliches Landhaus mit schöner Aussicht; freistehend; im Grünen; 1.5 km vom Dorf; 30 Auto-Minuten bis zur Stadt, mitten im Wandergebiet. Grosse Spielwiese, Aussichtsterasse (Pergola), Feuerring / Grill. Im Haus ist eine selbständige 2 Zimmer-Einlegerwohnung mit separatem Zugang. Die Zufahrtsstrasse zum Haus ist eine schmale Privatstrasse mit Ausweichbuchten. Winter: bei Schnee ist ein 4WD erforderlich! Leider keine Haustiere möglich, da ich starker Allergiker bin.

Ferien im Heidiland Unsere helle 3-Zimmer-Ferienwohnung befindet sich an bester Lage in Walenstadt. Walenstadt ist der ideale Ausgangspunkt um die Region mit seinen vielen Ausflugszielen zu erkunden. Die Wohnung besticht weiter durch die sonnige Lage und die grosse zur Verfügung stehende Grünfläche (zur Alleinnutzung). Parkmöglichkeiten sind vorhanden. Der Walensee ist innert 10 Gehminuten erreichbar, der Bahnhof innerhalb von 15 Gehminuten.

Cosy part of the house (normally 2 bedrooms, from 7 persons 3 bedrooms or on request) in a renovated knitted building, with a fantastic view of the Glarus Alps. The car-free Braunwald impresses in all seasons with a wide range of activities and is ideal for families: skiing, sledging, cross-country skiing, hiking, relaxing in the nearby spa or simply enjoying the peace and quiet. Welcome to Amden high above Walensee! "We had an awesome time here! Lots of different activities to do, in an area not overrun by hordes of summer tourists. The house was more than comfortable for eight of us, and the balcony was amazing. Peter and his wife were lovely hosts, and I would absolutely recommend Peter’s place." Ayse July 2022
