We loved the place. The commodities of the house were many. We were greeted with everything extremely clean and well. We felt at home. The House has all the facilities and is very comfortable. The photos match what was observed, but personally the house is much more welcoming. 25 meters from a calm beach, to spend with the family. Joana was always available at all hours and really care that we enjoyed the time we spent in the city. Thank you Joana for all your time dispensed. Surely we will be back. Wonderful family weekend at Casa do Araçá!! The house is very wide, cozy and airy. All were very well accommodated in the 6 air-conditioned rooms, linen and bath towels. All very clean and organized! The kitchen is very well equipped and the dishwasher makes it easy. For leisure, the beach is beautiful and peaceful. The kayaks and stand-ups had a lot of fun for the family. My son also played a lot in the leap. A special highlight goes to Rose and Sandra, hiring them was a great choice, because the food is delicious, the house was clean and we could enjoy the day at the beach. They even make dessert!! Livia is also super attentive and passes on all the necessary information. It really is a foot in the sand!

Flávia was very kind and attentive, fulfilling all our requests. I received all the instructions in advance very clearly. The house is exactly as in the pictures and very cozy. The location is wonderful, going to the beach and the Centrinho on foot. We do not use the car for anything. I loved the stay and would like to come back again.

There were seven days of extreme peace and tranquility in this house, which by the way is a great house, spacious, clean, comfortable and cozy, a beautiful swimming pool and kayaks were part of the fun, balcony, living room and kitchen with a spectacular view of the bay of Florianópolis. We absolutely loved this house. Our time was amazing and Dario was a very responsive and nice host. The views are incredible. The plants are beautiful. The outdoor living space and beach were amazing. There was also so much privacy here. Stop looking for other options and book this place immediately if you have the chance…

The house has a small courtyard, enough for dogs to play. It has a nearby market. The beach at the front is small but good for short walks. The sunrise view is note 10.

The stay was sensational, the house is unique, a stunning and very peaceful view. I've enjoyed too much is even better than I expected👏🏼👏🏼👏🏼. Besides, the communication with Michael and Cátia was very good were very attentive.

I had a wonderful experience during my stay at this house! The property is large and airy and extremely comfortable. All rooms have a private bathroom, which provided even more convenience. The cleaning of the house was impeccable and the bedding, in addition to being very well cared for, were smelling, conveying a sense of welcoming. The location is excellent, with super easy access the whole road is paved and there are nearby markets that you can walk, which made everyday life much easier. The visual around is simply amazing, especially for the sunset, which was a separate spectacle. Undoubtedly an unforgettable stay! I highly recommend and hopefully come back soon

Excellent house on the edge of the lagoon. The en-suites are in the main house and are great. It also has a great ballroom with an amazing view of Imaruí Lake. We'll be back more often!

Our stay was very good, Florencia was always very kind and answered all the questions. The very beautiful and charming house, with everything we need to accommodate ourselves. It was great being with my family! The location of the house is also good, less than 10 minutes walk to the beach... in addition to the wooded patio and very calm atmosphere to relax.

Beautiful place, quiet and easy to find. The space has all the amenities for perfect lodging. Clean environment, both inside the chalet and outside spaces. Very nice to have the kayaks and planks at your disposal, the lagoon tour is a must. Each corner of the outer area, facing the lagoon, brings a unique composition, where it is a delight to relax and listen to the sounds of nature. Host answered all questions quickly.
