The space is great, the house was very clean and organized. Check-in was simple and quick. It lacked light twice , but it was general and as we did not know Michel was very helpful in assisting. I would definitely come back again

Great accommodation, the place corresponds with the description and photos. We had a problem with the bus and we arrived 6:30 but the hostess was very kind and we had no problems with check in, house was super clean and all the appliances (microwave, fridge, fan, television...) worked right. Great cost-benefit, and it's still super close to the center and the beach!!

Monique's apartment is exactly as advertised. It's super close to Bombas beach, I don't think it takes 2 minutes walking from the apartment to the beach. It is very well located, close to the main shops of the region, we did everything on foot, you do not need a car for anything, unless you want to go to the other beaches of the region. The pumps beach, where the apê is located, has an incredible structure. We would definitely return to the site.

rosiane is mto protiva, I asked if it was possible to pass the check-out time, she authorized me because I had no guests for the day of my departure, elsewhere charge msm not having guests to enter. I noticed that she treats guests with affection and not as a profit. Qdo Deus prepare another trip for sure I will rent her apartment again, even made friends with the neighborhood and those 🐕 🐕 of the condominium. In the apartment there is enough 4 people, has a good double bed, a sofa and single mattress.

The apartment has a very good location as it is close to markets, bakeries, restaurants and a few meters from the beach. Inside it is a cozy and clean place, with many resources available (wifi, cable, electronics, air-conditioning, among others), but in our view it has left much to be wished for at some times because it could have a better infrastructure. Still, in the moments that we asked for some help or appeal, hosts helped us and everything was excellent, always thoughtful and available.

We had a great stay in Vanda's apartment, she was very kind and was waiting for us to give us the keys and give us directions. The apartment was spotless and has all the amenities to be comfortable. The condo is quiet and well maintained. The location is perfect, with direct beach access and 100 meters from shops and restaurants. Vanda was very kind and allowed us to check out late to match the departure with our return flight. We would definitely like to come back. Thank you very much Vanda!

Great accommodation, Adriana was super helpful and gave several clear instructions to make it easier for us to check in. The apartment is very well located, close to the city entrance, next to a large mall and Havan.

It was a good experience! We were a group of 6 and the space complied with absolutely everything necessary to make us feel comfortable and enjoy to the fullest. The place is really beautiful, with a decoration that left us impressed, and the atmosphere was perfect. I would definitely recommend this place for future occasions. We were overwhelmed by the cleaning of the house, an amazing place, a wonderful energy, I confess that if I could not go back to my home rsrsr , very comfortable accommodations, had everything we needed, Mr. Claudio very attentive we talked together if we were old acquaintances, he found out the place gave tips . I had a fantastic stay at this beautiful Portuguese-style home in Sambaqui, Florianópolis! The house exudes character and warmth, with traditional architecture that made my experience truly special. Everything was spotless, comfortable, and thoughtfully arranged for a relaxing stay. The hosts were incredibly kind and responsive, making me feel very welcome. The neighborhood is peaceful and offers an authentic local atmosphere. Additionally, there are several excellent restaurants nearby. For example, Rosso Restaurante offers delicious seafood with a Mediterranean flair, and Botequim das Flores serves traditional dishes with a modern twist. I highly recommend this spot to anyone looking to enjoy the authentic charm of Florianópolis! Super show ❤️
