New Building, in a very quiet, quiet condominium, with space for children, Pet, sports, swimming pool, fitness center, easily accessible and wide garage, all right next to the beach. The apartment is beautiful and clean, exactly as shown in the listing. However, I found the communication with them too complicated, they rented us an apartment and in the middle of my trip, arriving in Itapema they warned that there was no Internet and would change our stay. The problem was that they canceled, so it took a few days to refund the amount paid. I had to stop in the middle of the trip to make the new reservation with them, without having received a refund. The good part was that they were very helpful and kept the same price for our stay. However, they could have facilitated the process, since the apartment problem was theirs and we were on the road arriving at the destination. They need to improve the hosting bureaucracy. If it weren't for that, it would be perfect, because the property is great.

Jeam was an excellent host, always attentive to our requirements. We were a small inconvenience with our vehicle and we were recommended by a mechanic, who attended us very well. The apartment meets all the expectations that you can have. Everything is set with an exquisite taste, it is very comfortable, safe , the artifacts are of top quality as well as towels and bedding. An amazing place, booked in the middle of nature, private, close to places to visit and spend the day well and very well taken care of in every respect. We are located on the ap 03, super well equipped, clean and organized. Valmi was always super helpful and our stay was quiet and without any unforeseen events. It was really awesome!

Our stay at the house was excellent. We loved it from the start - it's very comfortable and comes with everything you need for a perfect vacation. The pool is as shown in the pictures, ideal for relaxing and refreshing. In addition, the location is very convenient, just four blocks from the beach, which allows you to walk without any problem. The host was very nice and attentive throughout our stay, always ready to respond to our requirements quickly and cordially. Definitely a highly recommended experience. We would definitely go back!

We had a wonderful experience staying at Fabiano's place. It is a very modern, family-friendly, safe condominium with countless amenities and advantages for families with children (swimming pool, soccer field, basketball, ping pong, bicycles, etc.). The quiet hours are respected, guaranteeing a deep rest. It is located in an area away from the large concentrations of tourists, Morro das Pedras, and 15 minutes from the airport. The house has everything you need and even more to enjoy a stay as if you were at home. The photos do not reflect how nice and spacious the place is. Excellent internet as well as TV. A special mention to Fabiano's attention, who was very flexible, helpful and very friendly at all times during our stay, which went smoothly! This is the second time we've stayed. Both the apartment and the complex are very nice. Leila's apartment has everything and more. The view is beautiful. Everything new and clean. The restaurant staff and food are great. Just like the boys in the chairs and umbrellas. The porter staff, very unfriendly, treats you very badly. Luckily it is only to be seen when entering. We will definitely be back!

We really appreciated the thorough check-in guide and local recommendation guide on the listing profile. The apartment is in a great area with a beautiful private beach behind it. We spent all our time doing outdoor activities across the island, so it was a great central location to return back to. We also appreciated the apartment having a few spare beach towels to use!

Great location in a secure and maintained residence. Direct access to surfers' beach is a plus as well as the pool. You can park the car at the foot of the apartment, which is very convenient. We also have access to beach gear (chairs, bodyboard boards). The bedding is excellent and it is very quiet for sleeping.

Very comfortable and clean apartment. Everything there for a relaxing stay. Hosts were very good; the washing machine had broken down previously and they organsied to have our clothing washed by an external laundry 👍 Location is very good, close to the beach, cafés, restaurantes and bakeries.
