Excellent house, all well tidy and practical. Casa has everything nearby, pharmacy, supermarkets, pizzerias and close to other neighboring beaches. We will definitely be renting the house again. Congratulations to the owners on the whim.

I would say that my experience was good but I would lie, it was excellent!!! The apartment is super modern, spacious, safe and beautiful. Below the dpto there is a market in which you find a great variety of food and serve you super well. The beach is across the street. One block away there is a very good restaurant. The location is undoubtedly the best. Spacious and super quiet beach. Claudia is incredible how kind and helpful she is. Without a doubt, this experience left the room very high. We hope to go back ❤️

Lucas was helpful, attentive and understanding in answering questions and guidelines! The guidelines were clear, presented very politely and requested! Several options of boat rentals and enjoy the beach in the chairs and umbrellas provided by the house. The place is fantastic and offers what it really advertises! It's on the sand! The apartment is spacious, very bright, very clean with a balcony with the best view. Delco and Nair's coordiality is to be highlighted! We would definitely go back!!!!

This apartment is a jewel in Novo Campeche. The location facing the sea, overlooking the waves and the native restinga and beach dunes are a source of daily contemplation. The decoration is of extreme good taste with furniture from well-known designers, premium materials and planned lighting. The rooms (all suites) with comfortable beds, and air-conditioning, black out in the windows, are spacious and quiet. The kitchen is fully equipped with top brand equipment. There's nothing missing. In the bathrooms there was shampoo and conditioner Granado. The building is calm , the street is very quiet. There is still a swimming pool in front of the building that almost goes unnoticed if you do not leave on foot. Probably the best and most beautiful Airbnb in Novo Campeche.

It was a really nice length of stay The house is exactly the same as in the pictures, it was clean (impeccable) and had all the items in perfect condition of cleanliness and conservation. Everything worked very well. I recommend and intend to return soon.

The place is excellent and very exclusive. It is the last plot of a condominium, with a backyard to the lagoon with private access. Very spacious and organized, complete with all the amenities listed. The barbecue area is a little far from the house, giving more privacy to users. However, there are two points that were not clear in the listing. 1 - The common area is shared with another lodging; 2 - The house does not have 4 bedrooms, but 2 bedrooms, both with mezzanines, and in these mezzanines, double beds. That is, there are two full beds in each room. But none of this takes away from the comfort of the house and the tranquility of the place. It was a great stay and I plan to return.

Our experience at Solar do Ribeirão was wonderful! Jaqueline is a very attentive host, always quickly responded to my messages, sent home videos and clear instructions on access to the property. The location is very good, surrounded by great restaurants. Negative points of the location: the house does not have a garage and at some times it was difficult to park nearby. The house (and 2 of the 3 bedrooms) are very close to the street, so at night we had a lot of noise from vehicles. The house's high point is the landscape! You're practically in the sea! Overall, the house was clean - bedding and towels well cleaned, folded and passed. The living room and kitchen has no air conditioning and it was very hot, so it was hard to stick around. Super-equipped kitchen with everything we need for a comfortable stay.

There were seven days of extreme peace and tranquility in this house, which by the way is a great house, spacious, clean, comfortable and cozy, a beautiful swimming pool and kayaks were part of the fun, balcony, living room and kitchen with a spectacular view of the bay of Florianópolis. João Gustavo and his collaborators made a difference, in short, it was very worth having chosen this property, congratulations.

Beautiful complex to stay. Wish to know that there are basketball ring and a volley field to enjoy… but also great surprise! Careful with the insects that are common as a tropical weather! Nice pool !

Talita boasts the best AirBnB in Campeche and Thai units are to make any stay in Floripa feel like a resort holiday. thai is an amazing condominium, the apartment is complete and super well set up and Talita is a super friendly, available and professional hostess. It is already our second tour of Thai and we definitely recommend it to friends. We'll be back more often for sure.

Márlon was an excellent host, we had flight problems and we only arrived 00:30, even at this time Márlon welcomed us with all sympathy and cordiality. The apto is perfect, well located, next bakery, super, restaurants, of the famous bridge, playground with playground, the ape is spacious, the girls loved the bathtub ( the night was a fun part) has all the utensils ( with baby we cooked to take her food) … summarizing the experience was 10, we enjoyed a lot of Floripa, and we got the choice of the apartment in full… thanks Marlon for the stay and for its availability, for sure we will come back and stay there again.

We stayed for 10 days in Marcelo's apartment. All was in line with the advertised. The location is excellent, very clean, quiet and safe building and apartment, very close to the sea, you can see the sea and hear the waves of the balcony, close to restaurants, markets, pharmacies, and everything in the Centrinho de Canasvieiras, which has many options to eat and drink both in the Centrinho and on the beach, we did everything by foot. How good gauchos we made good barbecues at the AP BBQ! I want to thank Elizabeth and her husband. Dear people who have treated us with great affection and care and provided a great stay. We love to meet them.
