Beach apartment holiday rentals in Florida Panhandle

Enjoyed our time at the unit. Could have used a few wine glasses, only one was in the unit. Balcony furniture with table to eat at was very nice. Sterling Reef is a perfect location. And the elevators worked the entire stay. We’ll be back. Thanks for making the experience pleasant.

When we got there the back porch was covered in bird poop and feathers but as soon as I told Carol she got someone to clean it. I wish the patio furniture was better. It’s seems a little old and not comfortable to sit on. Carol was a good host and I would stay there again.

my husband and I had a fabulous time at the resort. I would recommend Tatyana's place to anyone. Everything in the condo was all we needed. Tatyana was an awesome host and we would love to stay in her place again

A very spacious one bedroom apartment. Clean and tidy. Nice furniture. Not cluttered. Full, roomy kitchen. Plenty of plates, bowls, and silverware. You can see the ocean from the living room and the bedroom. Easy access to the beach just across the street. Location convenient to almost anything you would like to do on a beach vacation. I definitely will try to rent this apartment next time we are in Panama City Beach.

Beautiful place! Great location! Several walkable restaurants & Pier Park is super close. Jodi was very accommodating & responded quickly when needed. Condo looks just like the photos. The view of the ocean & the beach from the balcony, is AMAZING!!

Great stay, condo matched description. Beach and sand were excellent however the beach umbrella service was excessive ( 2 full rows ) compared to nearby properties. The umbrellas were the only negative, they close down around 4 pm so it becomes fully open to enjoy in the evening and is beautiful. There was coin operated laundry on the same floor it was around 2.50 per load and the dryer did a great job with only 1 cycle needed. The pools were heated and there was a fairly large hot tub near the tiki bar. There are a few walkable restaurants but traffic is a bit intimidating if walking along the highway. Parking was never a problem anywhere we went as well. I had a great stay and the combination of convenient location and beach quality is hard to beat.

Look no further, book it now before someone else does. Fully stocked for long term stays. Fully. The best we have ever stayed in, by far. Dolphins every day swim past, Pelicans, Gannets, Gulls, Loons, Ducks and more. The most beautiful cloud formations and sunsets out of this world, What a wonderful place to watch the world go by. We spent January 2025 there during the record snowfall. Pristine white sand beach at the end of the private boardwalk, so readily accessible, The walk in shower in the master bedroom has me thinking about a redo at our place, it was great. We come back to Destin during Christmas the 2nd year in a row and we love it here. John’s place was perfect for me, my wife, and our pet. It was very comfortable, had all needed amenities, and exceeded our expectations. In addition, staying here you have access to the best Florida beach few steps away, great walking paths, restaurants, and shops. We will look forward to come back here this year.

Amazing location, easy to walk to shops, great neighborhood. The condo was tidy and comfortable. Perfect for two people and our corgis.

This place was outstanding! The response from Denise on a few concerns were addressed rapidly. The space was perfect for a beach getaway with my dog. Recommendations provided, allowed us to explore pet-friendly areas on the Gulf Shores. Highly recommend booking with Denise and I will use again for my next trip to AL!

Thank you for being such as gracious host! Our host added little thoughful touches like an air fryer, toaster oven, a generous amount of k- cups, an XBox, board games, and a box fan! We booked last minute and we're grateful we were able to get such a great place in so little time. The place is I'm a really great spot, close to everything from shopping, to the beach. First night we walked to the beach, was only a 12 minute walk. That was so convenient. The upstairs neighbors made some noise, but that was expected because of other reviews. The weather was a bit chilly so we didn't get to spend as much time as we hoped at the beach. The heated pool on the property helped remedy that. Would definitely stay again!

This was the perfect place for us to take our two dogs to the beach for the first time! It was very dog friendly.. I feel like everyone staying there had a pup with them! It was only like a 3 minute drive to the dog beach and very close to the dog park as well. Also very close to shopping and food options. The bed was very comfortable!! Everything about their place is very intentional!! Jeff was also very responsive and helpful getting the tv logged into YouTube Tv one night! We will definitely look to stay here again on our next trip to PCB!!

The condo is very comfortable. It has everything you need and more. Cindy is very quick to respond. She lives in the building in case you need something and answered very quickly. Condo is almost next to Florabama which is fun! Balcony is small if you like to sit outside with crew for sunsets and the entire property including balconies and area by pool/grills/jacuzzi is no smoking (and they enforce this). Beach in front of condo is easy to access and not too crowded! Everything is very clean! Thanks!

Stayed for one month. Easy access to the beach. Lots of restaurants in a 15 minute radius. Host was particularly helpful and responsive when we had an issue with one of the TVs not connecting to the cable company.

We very much enjoyed our recent stay. The condo was clean, updated, and the beds were very comfortable. There was plenty of extra blankets and I love that the beach chairs, towels, and boogie boards were all there and in great condition. The kitchen was very well stocked and the outdoor patio furniture has several different pieces, all clean and cozy, plenty of seating. The view is amazing from the balcony. Checking in was easy with clear instructions. We would stay in the condo again for sure!

Beautiful condo and great location. Beach access directly across from condo. Several restaurants and coffee shops within walking distance of the condo. I would definitely stay again.

Beautiful place. There were 3 ‘littles’ with us and they loved the pool, beach and the bunkbeds. Very busy area, but we stayed on the premises most of the time and it was calm and cool. Would recommend!!

The place, the view, the communication.....everything was perfect!

Silver Dunes was quiet, peaceful, and perfect for our family vacation! The beach was not crowded and the pool area never had more than 10 people any time we went. The walk to the beach is super close and easy to get to and the overall location is close to restaurants and activities. Elitsa was very responsive to a couple of questions I sent over and we definitely recommend this to anyone looking for a vacation spot in Destin!

We absolutely loved our stay here!! Forest was super helpful and responsive to questions throughout our stay. And the condo was exactly as described! We loved the view of the ocean from the balcony! We also loved that the complex was super quiet with plenty of things to walk to and the beach access was literally across the street. We can’t wait to return :)
